Yes definitely they changed, they never uesto be made in Indonesia. I've been using Donaldson for years too and this filter is not representative of there normal level of quality. Unfortunately in recent years it seems like there quality is slipping.
Used Donaldson for man years in my Peterbilt, never had a problem with them. Did they change?
