So, the defense’s argument is that since Arbery was a healthy young man, there’s no reason he shouldn’t have been able to outrun a pickup truck? I think maybe they should do a demonstration for the jury, get a pickup truck and chase these good old boys around the parking lot for a while, give them a new perspective on things.

The first police officer that responded says he heard Mr. Arbery gargling, which means he was still alive when he was on the ground. He was then asked why didn’t you attend to him and administer life saving techniques? The cop then said because he had no back up. 🤯🤯 ugh the more I watch the more I think every single defendant should get life no parole. This case is just insanely horrible..makes me so sick.

A person's body can still make sounds up to 72 hours after being declared dead. Bodily functions still continue to process according to my friend who is embalmer. So sound effects is actually quite common from a corpse. Therefore the officers testimony is correct on what he heard but to confirm if he was still alive without checking a pulse or confirming a heartbeat his assessment of Ahmauds status cannot be accurately stated. I believe the coroner's statements and findings.

I never spoke on the officer's failure to attempt to save Ahmaud's life nor his reasoning behind saving his life because he was waiting on "back up." That wasn't my topic at hand and was simply giving the nuance on why an untrained medical person such as the officer and a well trained scientist testimony are different. 🤔 In fact, why would I waste my breath on calling out the officer's racial prejudice when we already know it exist? This medical examiner is serious, intent on answering each question with accuracy and is sincere. He knows what he saw in Aubrey's dead body was a horrific crime.
The defense is trying to build a case of self defense, and this medical examiner said the truth..."well a shotgun was pointed at him...and trucks were chasing him". I appreciated that at least here was a witness who saw the results of a massacre of a young USA citizen, and felt the magnitude and weight of this cold bloodied murder.

If you think it can't get any worse. I saw the video of the body cam of first officer on scene and you can hear the victim gasping for air and moaning the entire video. There was nothing wrong with his hearing so he could hear the men who shot him talking to officer. He could hear officer say minutes later to second officer who ask if there's a pulse him replying he is about to be a 10-7. He had to think this was something out of a twilight zone back in Mississippi in the early 1900s . I seen video of him being in a park arguing with an officer about his rights being violated. I can only imagine the horror knowing how he felt about police and hearing the police radio activity his last minutes on earth. He was unable to give his side of the story but I only wish he knew that he would be vindicated and justice would be served. They will be found guilty, there's no way with the video footage and the evidence presented that they will come back with a not guilty verdict especially with the lack of remorse demonstrated by the defendants. Just stay there and call the police. Then you can if you choose to press charges against them for false imprisonment among other things. If they're asking you to come with them somewhere that could be interpreted as kidnapping and you should definitely try to defend yourself as that is dangerous.

Who chased who? Who brought the loaded firearms to the scene? Who would have been tired from running? Who approached who with a loaded deadly weapon? Who's finger was on the trigger? There COULD NOT have been a citizen's arrest, because no felony had been committed in the McMichael's presence. And being former law enforcement the elder McMichael would know this. So essentially this became and aggravated assault, which is a felony! There was a specific intent, due to the fact the son went and got his shotgun, while the dad went and got his .357 pistol. At that point they decided to chase this man down while committing a felony armed with loaded firearms. The shooter stated he had no choice but to shoot, meaning he intended to pull the trigger. Whether or not he was being beaten is speculative at that immediate point, being that either man could claim self defense. But the aforementioned circumstances prove otherwise since it was the McMichael's that chased down and approached the victim for no legitimate or lawful purpose other than to intimidate or kill him. Self preservation and adrenaline kick in when being confronted with danger or life threatening situations. Obviously Aubery was tired from running, and must have felt desperate at that moment, which invokes human nature to survive. McMichael got out of the truck, with a loaded shotgun. Aubrey didn't make him get out. These two should die immediately and the third should spend 20yrs in prison thinking about it.

If it were only triggered from being trapped none of the people that have suffered injuries from flight would have tried to run away because they would have realized it is less dangerous to stay where they are. If you are afraid you either run away , flight, or you stay and defend yourself, fight. It's encoded in the DNA of every animal on the planet, human or otherwise. The third guy sees a black man running down the street, with the MCM’s following him in their truck with shot guns - he didn’t ask the black man if he was okay or needed help - he yelled to his neighbours in the truck, “you got him?” Then hoped in his own truck to join the pursuit, running Ahmaud into the ditch. Did they determine how far this man had run during the chase? Or how fast he had to run to try and keep away from a moving vehicle? I hate the defense, but that was a good "gotcha" moment with the fight or flight. "He could have still fled" suggesting he opted to fight instead of continuing to flee. With the stress and anxiety of being chased by multiple men, with guns and trucks...he finally had enough. Sometimes you have to make a stand, that was his stand...to fight; but they're taking out of context (on purpose).
