This isn't really more broken than any other setup. It just seems like it because both blast and elec have been so bad for so long that it seems really weird that they're now part of the meta.

I wasn't able to fully replicate your build, as I'm not sure where all of your crit multi is coming from (tenacious bond only raises it to 3.4x), but I had better results with a regular viral + influence build

It could be from 4 stacks of cold when i was stripping armor ❄️ since it gives crit multiplier. Viral is also very good with melee influence!
Edit: forgot i had 2 red tau shards to boost my melee critical damage ops

Silence doesn't give any dmg boost only survivability. I showcased it once with armor and once without armor....
