Pull-Up Bar on Basement Ceiling

Taking a look at this homemade DIY Pull up bar workout set up that was installed in my basement. It looks pretty sturdy overall, and in the video you'll get a good look at it so you can pretty much see how to make one yourself. I'll also see how many chin ups I can do.
