if Every bottle is half covered with concave mirror( or shining aluminium foil\paper) on "one side",Sun rays reflect to a point inside the bottle length wise like a beam of light! it will improve the performance( faster it works)....and another change! all the Bottle necks can be connected to get unclean through common water pipe.This pipe can be connected to a tank filled with unclean water.Flow of water from this tank can be controlled with a valve( slight opening-half opening-full opening modes) or "height" of the tank can be adjusted to avoid over flow from bottles! or "Air cooler water controller" which allows water when the water level in air coooler decreases and restricts if water level reaches the required point( a mechanical device which has a ball and rod, The ball floats when water level is high the other end of the rod connected to the ball controls closing of valve)
The whole contraption relies on water being put inside the plastic bottles. That would be monumentally tedious. Yes the water is cleaner but you’d have pond water scum to deal with in the two liter bottles every time the water totally distilled. What you need is a system that introduces water without you having to do it manually
