Thanks for another great for scan video! I subbed to your channel back when I 1st discovered for scan when I'd lost 1 of my keys and it was going to cost me most of 200 bucks to get another key and have it programmed by the dealer!
Ended up costing me $40 for the key and I gladly paid forscan the $10 annual license fee! They more than deserve that much for this great program!

How good does the perpendicular park work?
First time i tried it... not very good. But if you listed to the instructions, it actually does pretty well.
I’ve enabled the perpendicular on mine. Cool to use it once but it takes forever to back in. Easier to just back in yourself. Best mod I e done was swap the sync 2 for sync 3. Kept all my previous forscan updates too!
I've used the parallel parking option too but I can do it faster. It's just a neat feature. I've thought about upgrading to SYNC3 but not ready financially and I like the custom background on the SYNC2.

I’m having the hardest times figuring out how to program remote open and close window on 2016 ford escape titanium. I’m using my laptop and I just can seem to find the right spread sheet
Something that bugs me is when you have your phone connected to Apple CarPlay and the outside temperature is no longer visible. Do you know if you can add just to the instrument cluster?
Mine will show the temperature, but the irritating part for me is not having the option to turn heated steering wheel on/off. Plus, there’s no real option I’ve found to get back to Home Screen other than turning radio power on/off.
I was just thinking about that yesterday.
That’s the one thing I loathe about CarPlay. I’ve tried to add the temp to the cluster display without success
Very informative videos, you seem to be the Forscan guru, can the middle of the instrument cluster be changed? for example: in the gauge view under truck info can the digital speedometer and miles to empty be programmed instead of turbo boost & transmission temp? or can the digital speedometer and miles to empty be reconfigured anywhere in the center of the dash cluster?

Can FORScan deploy power running boards every time I turn off the truck? It protects the doors from being dinged! Even if I go to , and select every time I restart the truck this setting resets. Very frustrating. Thanks yall!

How did you change the animation on the IPC to say "LOBO". In forscan I can only find IPC quick boot to skip the animation.

Hey Ricardo could you tell me if there’s a forscan mod for for the step lights. Not the spotlights just maybe a kid for the step lights that come on when you open the door. Or if you know where the wiring is for that I’d like to connect a switch and my rock lights to it some how. Thanks in advance
I don't think there is a forscan mod for it. But I'm sure aomeone has hacked the hard wire. Checkout f150 forum.

Hey Richard this is Robert I have a 2012 Ford F-150 and I've added running boards to it now that I've got them hooked up showing on the dash there on off when I punch automatic it says they're set but then it goes away what do I need to do to fix that I appreciate your help
Can the temp gauge be calibrated? I added the temp readout. It reads high. The gauge is below half way and the temp reads above 212 degrees or higher.
Interesting, I believe there is a way to change it in maintenance mode

I have a 2020 F150 and entered the code to enable the window up/down from the keyfob, but it does not work. Any tricks to get this working on the 2020 ?
Make sure you change and write all 4 sections. If it doesn't work, revert back to original and try again
Can you turn on you bed lights when driving on the highway with Fordscan?
I don't think so. But... I'm sure there is some type of a wire hack you can do, similar the the mirror spotlights.

Can we fully remote start F150 2017 lariat. Not just in stand bye mode waiting on user to push start.
Why would you want that? The point of that is so no one can steal your whip without a key.
What are the specs on those tires you are running? I have this same truck and really like that size!
Could I make it so when I turn on my turn signal, it will show the video feed from the camera on that side if the vehicle. I have a 2018 f150 and it has the 360 camera system and it would be awesome to see what my camera sees down the side of my truck when im towing. This would be very useful for when I'm towing because it is hard to see down close to the vehicle on the passenger side
Hi Andrew, that would be nice. But I've not feen forscan able to change anything with the cameras. Maybe aftermarket devices could help.

I have a 2016 F150 Lariat with close to no extra mechanical options (2.7L, 2wd, no rear locker, no Hill decent, no trailer brake controller). You're telling me that I can add HDC and TBC? Just with forscan and adding those buttons?
For trailer brake, you need the switch and the module.
Rear locker, you need the actual locking differential too.

When I got through the BCM menu on the latest forscan version, there is an option called "Lincoln Experience." is the the Lincoln Mirror option? I understand auto fold and lincoln mirrors are different
I believe its different. Probably just the theme
@@ricardosworkshop tried it on my ‘15 F150 platinum. It caused a short to ground error on my fog lights and they wouldn’t turn off at any point, switch or even turning the truck off.. Headlights try to fade on and off upon lock and unlock but not smoothly, they flicker up and down.

Hey I have a question: Can you set factory running boards up with the forescan tool? Because i took 2010 f150 running boards and put them on a 2012. Were liking the can bus wires but still Im wondering if i can set them up myself. Thanks!
Good question. I'm not sure. But forscan is very limited on pre 2015 f150s.

Does anyone know if I can run the so called "can bus" wires from the running board module to the door triggers or does it just have to be hooked to other can bus wires?
On the remote start, I would like to be able to change the "automatic" settings for the climate control. in hot weather I want everything to be full blast cold and in cold weather I want every feature to be full hot. In stock mode when the weather is cold and I set it for auto rather than to come back on where I left it last, it will not turn on passenger seat heater, rear defrost etc. Can I change this with forscan?

Have a 2017 Canadian model. Not sure what numbers to put in the xxxx when trying to disable to DRLs. How do you change to code to have the option to disable or turn them off?
Don't change the XXXX. Those stat the same. Only change the *

How did you get the windows to close, and or open, with the global option with one key fob press? as of now i have to hit lock and then press and hold lock for the windows to close, and the same with window open. i tried long pressing, and it only locks or unlocks, but does nothing with the windows. is that a forscan option??
To roll the windows down= press unlock once, then again and hold for 7 seconds
To roll windows up= just press lock and hold for 7 seconds.

when i hit the lock button once it locks the doors and when i hit it a second time to close the windows it honks the horn...
I have a 2017 Canadian F150 XLT with 4 inch screen. Can I add the factory back up camera and work with the existing screen? I've called a couple Ford dealerships and they're all saying I can't.
I believe you can. As long as uou have a module and camera. Should work

It's not a tune. Its software to enable/disable existing options on the vehicles computers. Sou ds intimidating, but its super easy.

Where can I get the forscan
I have an issue, is there a way to turn off the check engine light permanently, mine was turned off and I want to turn it back on to fix the issues. I know before all you would do is take the bulb out but there are LED so I'm lost any help is greatly appreciated. It's for a 2019 f150 and its currently not showing major codes just a ambient sensor fault and showing catalist not ready. I know the light is off because it doesn't turn on briefly when vehicle is started.

Disable horn honk confirmations for lock and unlock
Disable parking light flash for lock and unlock
Disable interior lights when entering and exiting the vehicle
Note: Interior lights will come on if ignition is on and door is opened and parking lights will come on to confirm remote start activation.

I don't think we can disable it, but we can erase the memory. I did mine the other day and truck shifts so much better. Before going from 4-5 felt like I ran over something.

No. Tow haul is similar though.
