I love that idea. You are worthy, not because you are good-looking, successful, smart, or wealthy, you are worthy because you ARE
I think for majority of people it's hard to fully accept this concept, unfortunately... as the society from the very early age will start putting ideas in our head that the value of a person is expressed through all sorts of achievements. We are constantly pushed to compete, even at school, against each other... and the whole bloody ridiculous thing with popular girl/ boy that is supported by adults 🙄

7 things to remember about caring what others think:
1. Everyone has insecurities of their own
2. Your value isn’t dependent on how much people like you
3. What others think isn’t your business anyways
4. People usually forget our “embarrassing” moments within seconds.
5. There is nothing wrong with being different than others.
6. You are by far your worst critic

I can't see myself or find myself, I can only see from myself. These teachers like Eckhart have all pointed to that ,thank God.
When we stop our negative self-talk, we can be conscious of all beauties within us.
I've struggled with self-esteem issues for quite some time. Today, this poem just popped in my head, and I'd like to share. I titled it (my worth)
No one holds my worth in their hand.
I'm like a grain of sand.
And I'll slip right through your fingers.
If you don't understand..my value.
I may appear old and unappealing.
But my looks are not my glass ceiling
There is so much more inside me.
A soul.
And that soul is worth more than gold.
So next time you put your value above me,
Remember that I don't need you to love me.

Ego, Self, Self-Esteem is all who you think you are, be Still and find out who you are in Being.
Eckhart’s teachings are so amazing and real. I believe that they are what this “life” or universe or higher power is all about. It is all us. We are all one. We are all just pure love in our true essence of formlessness. Hence, judging our self esteem by our presence and not our conceptual minds. How beautiful. Like he always says…you can’t really put it into words. That is just the best ones I can come up with. My greatest gift was finding his teachings and closing my mind to thinking. Much love, Eckhart ❤
Yeah, it seems like we r creating very weird things to be proud of these days!? Haha Thanks for realigning us, Eckhart!!! I'm amazed at how well these lessons have freed my mind from wasteful chatter and doubt. Even though I'm not where I thought I'd be, the joy I've experienced despite the strangeness and challenges keeps me in motion towards fulfilling Dharma. Might be taking the long way there, but it's teaching me better patience.
Mary! I laughed too about what we all find to be proud of. In my neighborhood, it’s whose engine is the loudest or who can make their souped-up car backfire the loudest. Ha! ………….I just want to also say that you are already there. The Dharma! Every time you feel true presence you are there! And when you are laughing and having fun and helping others - people, animals, the planet, etc., and when you are feeling love and compassion and generosity, that’s the dharma! Right? I’m not so sure. Sounds good though. All my best to you and may every step of the journey fill you with all positive feelings.

Self esteem is always connected to the ego. It's related to your what is in comparison with others. Ego tries to compensate for inferiority with superiority.
Only healthy self esteem is related to your deeper self. It's not I am better than. It's derived from the presence of you. No narrative is required to justify yourself.

Michaela is one physical manifestation and materialization the One Life, the one Consciousness, the One Energy, (religions call it some form of Deity and you can too - any word that feels all knowing and all powerful and All GOOD ) expressing “itself” in, as, and through you. When you align with this one energy you can only feel good. No low self-esteem! That’s the consciousness that Eckhart is talking about. that’s how I understand it. There is only One of us! 😉

Mihaela Eckhart has helped me and so many people understand what's going in our heads and find peace from our conditioned anxious mind , he has an excellent understanding of how the human mind works and how we can all struggle mentally at times, he certainly taught me a, lot about awareness. He has lovely compassionate gentle yet very funny way of getting his message across, Eckhart is a good human that's for sure 👍

I did have that inner innate confidence for a while that was coming from within when I used to meditate for months for at least 45 minutes. But my meditation practice went now to 15 min occasionally and I do catch myself on the insecurity side because of comparing myself with others. Meditation really do help to strengthen this inner natural confidence that does not depend on anything external.

If there is no pedestal on which you have put yourself, how can there be any fall? Why have you put yourself on a pedestal called self-esteem, human dignity, the ideal, and so on? Hi Elise 😊 you must have felt a lot of pain from this thought throughout your life. It’s really only a thought. And your thought becomes your reality. When you align with this Consciousness that Eckhart talks about, you will be able to observe these thoughts as not your true identity. I just want to also say that if anything good ever happened to you in your life some people were envious of that. It’s a concept in a lot of religions and cultures. It’s called the evil eye. The idea that when something good happens to you people wish you harm or have negative feelings about it such as envy. These comparisons are odious. We are in a universe, a multiverse, if you will, of Infinite abundance, intelligence, goodness, expansion, etc. There is more than enough for all of “us”. We are all just physical manifestations of this one energy, One Consciousness, One Life that is all knowing, all seeing, all Good 👍 🤗💕🙏🌎☮️

The soul is the container of the higher mind, subtle bodies. The soul is more than consciousness, it is the energetic body, that carries the higher subtle bodies, including all of the mind. The more in tune we are with the soul, the more excess we have to the mind, and all of its capabilities. When we have excess to all of the mind, by getting in touch with the soul, we are liberated, we can manipulate reality,matter as we please. We can tap into the mind here and there and perform miracles, or we can get in touch with the soul, and fully access the mind.

Question. I have felt and lived true presence in and out for about a week now. Truly life changing. I notice my body now just going towards things that feel good and that I should do. My question is, if I have a thought, however, about something that seems good and will make me feel good, do I make the choice to go for it? Or is that just one of the million thoughts that go through my head and I shouldn’t associate with it for decisions?
I have a feeling if I know it’s not from ego, it’s okay. But sometimes that’s hard to know.

Sadhguru say's " all thoughts are rubbish, whether they are good for bad" .
Observe the thought with intense presence (stillness) and you will be guided by the supreme wisdom (Divine intuition).
*What we identify from an EGO which create our own Self Esteem, whether its Family, Wealth, success, looks, we feel that define us. In reality none of these things do, the Formless define who we are. Than you Eckhart for your teachings
