- As promised my 1978 mk3 Ford Capri is making a return to the channel. Many of you reached out to me last year and asked about this car, wanting to know where it was / what was happening etc. The sad truth was - not much. BUT if you saw last months video ( • The Ford Capri Returns... ) it's back, and I've been slowly working my way through a pile of new parts getting it ready to get back on the road. Here's a quick update as to what's been done so far, and what still needs doing.

I don't think anyone hates the MX5, it's just we started off the channel loving the Capri videos. I certainly did, but the Mazda videos are still very good. Keep it up! 💯
Yeah I gotta admit it's nice to go back to the Capri. The Mazda project has taken too much effort, filming every little step etc. Won't be doing that kind of series again in a hurry! The Capri is much more relaxed, the odd update/tech tip etc. Works better for me, works better for the viewers, that's where I'll be focusing my efforts going forward 👍🏻

Thanks for the update. I've struggled to find time to work on mine. Hopefully this summer I'll get to grips with it.
I've been here mate. Hard to find the motivation sometimes. What worked for me was setting a small goals, spend the off afternoon tinkering. Didn't take long to get back into it

Thanks Alex. Get them out as soon as poss but it's gonna take a marathon editing session (especially the wheel bearing one) so aiming for mid/late Feb.

Noice. Keen on a front wheel bearing replace tutorial.
Nothing planned as of yet, sorry. There is a tech tip on replacing front discs which will show you how to remove the hub. From there it's a case of knocking out the outer races, pressing in the new ones, packing your bearings and reassemble. Hope that helps!
I'm loving the MX5 stuff and following closely. Capri and tech tips good watching as well though!

Great to see the Capri again, not got mine anymore but still really enjoy seeing this one being sorted, I watched the Mazda vids but much prefer the Capri as its my type of car, keep up the great videos
