Hiking Pyramid Lake - North Cascades early season hike!

- Pyramid lake is a small pond on the steep ridge leading up to Pyramid peak. The trail follows Pyramid creek and wanders through a beautiful forest. THis trail isn't very popular but it's a great workout and it's always a good day in the north Cascades, enjoy!

You truly enjoy the trails and the beauty of our state. That is what really sets you apart from anyone else who is just out to check off a trail or destination. I am very careful and have all my essentials + Garmin etc so hopefully that puts your mind at ease
That's one of my "happy place" hikes, simply for the beauty of that little creek, even later in the season. Always a nice "tune up" hike for the legs whenever I am up in the North Cascades area. Get the blood to circulating. I love the creek for two things: 1) nice little mini-waterfalls all over the place, and 2) the gorgeous little "flats" here and there. Very picturesque. The little pond is actually quite deep as I remember it from a couple of years ago. I am enjoying your hikes immensely, finally remembered to click that Subscribe button and the Like button.
