These past few months has been an eye opener for me, the one I love, the one i cherish still Left me, I lost alot of friends because of her, she often said they were bad influence on me, and she still left me, i still love her and that is what hurts the most. I feel your pain, Believe me I do, i was in a similar position, he left me, but i couldnt just let him go because i knew i was the cause of it, i chose my work over him and the kids, I didnt want to loose him, so i contacted a spiritual counsellor for advice on how to get him back and to my greatest surprise it worked out, she brought him back to me, and its been over a year and half, i have never been this happy

So true, I was in a relationship for a very long time. He kept stringing me along, saying we would get married. He passed away 2020. And we still hadn't married. Many years spent with him. I was in my twenties when we met and in my fifties when he passed. And left to start over as a middle-aged woman. Yes, I truly loved him but realized he was selfish and used me. Starting over at almost 60 is hard. 💔 🙏

I did fall for this bitter trap. But thankfully, I could return to more of my essence -- not less. I came to love myself unapologetically. But I do get that I am lucky. It could just as well have gone the other way. The bit that got me is - once the blinders were off, I really couldn’t answer why! There was nothing to the guy, beyond my own loneliness & self-limiting beliefs.

Well, my family had married me to such a creature. I call them energy vampires. My family blew the roof off when I left him eight years later. So, I chose to leave my family and live on my own.
