Your videos would benefit from zooming in and focusing on the points you're making. Even for the vets, it would make it more dynamic and easily digestible. Looking at the same TTS map with no detail is basically an audio podcast. Only meant as constructive criticism. Cheers!

good video but please work on annunciating what you're saying, you have a habit of mumbling and its very difficult to understand you.

Totally LOVED this video. If you make more videos like this and jumping around the table to play the 4 seats, saving "camera 0" is 1 less step than saving camera 1 and selecting it every time you change seats. (Sorry if you knew that already)

As a new player to both Ix/Immortality and Uprising this was a great video to distinguish the early games of each game. Thanks so much!

Are there scenarios in which you'd want to avoid drawing cards in R1? For example, if your opening hand is terrible, then drawing a card makes it likely that your hand in R3 will be terrible as well (since you will trigger a reshuffle when drawing your hand for R2, which will likely have your diplomacy and ring in it).

Yes. But niche. Some players and I have differing opinions on this. But there are so niche cases where you don't want to draw

@@cheesable thanks for the reply. Any thoughts on what those niche cases may be? Curious to hear any general principles for recognizing those cases and/or specific examples that come to your mind, but specific cases that come to my mind are:
      1) You're seat 2 and went Fremkit in R1T1. Your Seek Allies is in your 4 card deck. Avoid drawing so that you have guaranteed Fremen friendship in R2. I'd guess that this principle also holds true for chasing Shipping if that's your plan, but that risking dead-drawing your SA (in the hopes of drawing more persuasion instead) is generally worth it in R1 IF (and only if) you're not in Seat 2 or otherwise guaranteed a friendship in R2?
      2) In my scenario in my first post, is it generally worth avoiding card draw for 2 rounds in order to ensure that your diplomacy and ring don't miss the shuffle, or is that more sacrifice than ring and diplo are usually worth?

@@joshuamcgowan5493 feyd's ring is so good i might consider not drawing twice if ring and diplo both not in opening hand and i can't get good cards in the row. not sure though still feels bad.

I'll talk about it in another video. Generally if hand 1 is bad and you draw. The chance of hand 3 being bad is high. So if you wanna avoid that. Don't draw

I would definitely add High Places to your list of 9 cards to go for, especially if you're playing a leader with some spy generation like Margot, Staban, or Feyd. It's as strong as at least half of those.

agreed. but is it worth early revealing for? depends on the other leaders in the game and what they are doing. i think i'd argue it is worth early revealing for most times, maybe at the lower end of that list of 9 cards.

@@imranghare3181 No argument here; you definitely have to use it thoughtfully (unlike for example Strike Fleet which is just a really big stick.) I would only also add that not only is it a strong card in its own right, with 2 faction accesses, strong agent text, a free spy, and a great reveal effect, but it's the only card in the top 10 that will get you *another* card in the top 10 if one comes up, almost guaranteed.
