This is a reupload of one of my first four Strategy Overview videos, which due to my editing inexperience, had background music which drowned out my voice depending on the speakers being used. This has been a great learning experience for me - I'm very grateful for the feedback viewers gave on those initial videos. I know I have a lot to improve on, which I'll strive to do bit by bit as I create new videos, but the overly loud music made the original videos unwatchable for many people, so here's a hopefully better version. Thanks for being patient with me as I learn how to UA-cam!

When you play a spy do you have to pay the cost of the space? What if you pay a spycon card ?

Placing a spy at an observation post does not cost the cost of the adjoining board spaces. But sending an agent where you have a spy does require you pay the cost of the board space you're visiting, regardless of whether you used a spycon card.
