That poor truck hasn’t had oil pressure since you’ve had it, I’m rather impressed it still runs at all! That’s gotta be the toughest 305 ever made😂
It has some pressure when it’s cold😂 we try to stay close to home with it. But sometimes you just have to send it 😂 never would have thought the transmission would have acted up though 🤷♂️

Soon you can open your own marina... A bit of a surprise to see it was the tow vehicle that presented problems, but considering its age thats to be expected I guess. You guys have proved you dont mind winging it quite a bit it seems when it comes to these collection capers, and pulling it off. Respect.

I'm still amazed what you can get for free in the US.
I know she has no motor but there is a searay exactly the same for sale here in England for £10,000, thats about $12,750.
However the one here does have a running 5.7 merc in her.

Transmission modulator valve?
Yep that’s what was causing the smoke. Probably thinned out the oil and caused the no oil pressure situation. We are going to drop a 350 in it anyway.🤷♂️
