Been fishing on that beach 100’s of times. Caught thousands of fish, but I thought that maybe you hooked a big Bull or Tiger shark. Great job on your catch. Before 1981 I would have been one of those people swimming and having a great time in the water on the beach. In 1981 I was assigned at Homestead AFB (just south of Miami). We would take choppers (helicopters) and fly along the beach. We would see large sharks swimming among the folks in the water, the people weren’t aware the sharks were there. I still go to the beach but I don’t go into the water anymore except to cast a line, then I’m right back out. Better safe than sorry……Again great job on your catch and release. Cheers
Are you kidding me, i grew round Tampa Bay and have landed some awesome fish from shore, but nothing even close to this, congrats and ty for the quick release !!!
I know this exact feeling but in a completely different sport. We dream of days like these and forever chase that high again! Congratulations, man! What a day!
The comparison if you are talking about golf would be like back to back hole in ones on par 4s. I have run charterbaots in Florida for 20 years and have only SEEN one much less caught one or even hooked one.
Which rod holders and spider weights would you recommend? How do the Deerfield holders compare with Barrett vs. PVC? Terra Firma LBSF spider weights? What size weights to you guys typically use for kayaking?
Rod holder are the hd shark spikes from deerfield. We designed then and for the same price as others you get much more. PVC inlay to protect uni butt vs others using rubber tops that break and need replacing Spotter loop to have a backup spotter option Custom color options Lightweight aluminum vs steel And as far as spider weights go terrafirmatackle or shark fishing worldwide 🤘
CONGRATS! 🦈That scar on her back is most likely from a swordfish. People have seen swordfish injure sharks like that, and many sharks have been found with swordfish wounds and swordfish bills broken off in their bodies. That was an AMAZING shark, glad to see her healing from whatever happened to her and to see her swimming off back to deep blue yonder. 🦈🦈

The most important thing is she's safe and back out where she belongs as a top apex predator. What a helluva catch. Something you truly will never forget.
She is not safe mate, the risk of death for a shark increases a lot after release, because they spend so much energy to not get caught that can die after. Also become easier prey for predators
Wow that's epic a dream come true for sure. What an experience catching this magnificent apex predator of the ocean. Probably the most misunderstood of the ocean. Congratulations.
Seen this on Facebook and again on UA-cam now. I have a massive shit eating grin when I see these guys start celebrating and shaking hands with the bystanders. What an unreal feeling that must’ve been. This is why I want to live in Florida so bad just to fish like this everyday.

For a creature that puts fear into so many people, was incredible to see how gentle it was during the release. Could have easliy taken the lads down but was more like a dog going for a walk. Amazing to watch
im totally ignorant to this. im truly asking to understand: is the point to see the fish/get it as close to land as possible? i just dont understand the actual point/when you know "we've done what we came to do", when the intention is to release at the end. is this like porn (you know it when you see it), ie you just know when you have "caught" the fish, and its time to release? partly im trying to understand why he was so devastated when (you thought) the hook came out, yet so incredibly happy when the fish was voluntarily released only 10s of yards closer to shore?
That’s a great question. Really at that point just wanting to be able to see the fish in person. We can’t control what takes the bait but seeing a white shark and being able to remove our gear from it is important for the shark and personal life experience
Big hammerheads generally don't survive long battles and that's a pity. Years ago, one was caught in Texas and the guy walked it for an hour and a half before it could swim off. Who knows if it survived? There is/was a video here of Aussies that caught a big hammerhead off of Brisbane and you could tell it was dead when they released it. @@CoastalWorldwide1

She was a gentle giant for sure just like the first one we caught 🤘
WAW! and WAW! again, she was a big one, the tail was 4ft wide, it is good to see you guys enjoying sport fishing not doing harm to the shark, it gets so annoying when we see guys grab the tail and drag the shark up to the sand, well done, the fish of a lifetime, very enjoyable video🎣🦈👍👍👍
Thanks! 🙏 it was a wild experience we were happy to share!
thank you for treating the shark with so much respect and ensuring it goes back safely
Of course!
@@CoastalWorldwide1 hopfully you dont get in trouble tecnicly if fl you were in posesion of a protected spices by beaching here
Been fishing on that beach 100’s of times. Cheers
thank you!
OMGOSH!!! Amazing capture and release!!! Congratulations guys!!! Also, Thank You for being kind to that magnificent creature 💕💕💕 Truly Beautiful 😊
We love our sharks and respect them!
Are you kidding me, i grew round Tampa Bay and have landed some awesome fish from shore, but nothing even close to this, congrats and ty for the quick release !!!
It was a morning we will never forget!!
Awesome work guys! A big congratulations from down under!🇦🇺🇦🇺
Thank you very much!
I don’t salt fish and this the only “salt” fishing channel I watch!!!
That’s epic! Glad you enjoy them!
What a tank! My heart sank for you when that line went slack! Fish of a lifetime 👌🏼
You and me both! It was a wild fight
Officially moved from list of Florida Man to the list of Florida Legends 🦈 🐊🐍🪲🏆
Thanks 🙏
😂that shark was in F@&$!ing Panama chillin on the beach while you were struggling! Great video! 🤙🏼🌺🏝️🌊🐠🦈🧜♀️🐋🐟👋🏼
Way offf
Those juveline white sharks are everywhere. Great job.
12ft is no longer considered juvenile.
PVC inlay to protect uni butt vs others using rubber tops that break and need replacing
Spotter loop to have a backup spotter option
Custom color options
Lightweight aluminum vs steel
And as far as spider weights go terrafirmatackle or shark fishing worldwide 🤘
Bout had me tearing up watch that emotional roller coaster
Wild ride
Scar is from a boat prop- old and healed up. Amazing animal we were lucky to share a brief moment with
Congratulations Blaine!!! EPIC catch, man I wish that breech was on camera! Amazing teamwork guys!!!💪
Yeah well you can Blaine Dylan for that 🫣😂
Anybody whoever fishes the ocean and said. “Man wouldn’t it be cool if we got a great white shark.”Lol awesome job.
Unreal stuff dudes. Really earned a sub amazed to only see 2k you guys deserve a thousand times that. The production quality and the passion's all there. Crazy bucketlist check off for a white shark, off the beach no less!
Thanks so much for subscribing! We had to restart channels and it’s been tough!
Great white sharks are beautiful animals. Thank you for letting her go.

Amazing catch! It’s not often you find someone who can say they have caught a great white shark!
Very fortunate morning for sure- amazing animal
ESPECIALLY one of that size
Hey Hey Shark Boys
Blain that is one awesome Shark!! The drone video is amazing. Way to go Shark boy’s.
Now that is number two in the books!
Great video, Great everything.
Love you. Boys
Blessings
GPJ
Number two for sure!! Amazing experience that we are just blessed to have!
The most important thing is she's safe and back out where she belongs as a top apex predator. What a helluva catch. Something you truly will never forget.
That’s the truth 🤘
She is not safe mate, the risk of death for a shark increases a lot after release, because they spend so much energy to not get caught that can die after. Also become easier prey for predators
Holy smokes! Congratulations Blaine! Fish of a lifetime! Another amazing video guys, keep up the great work.
Thank you so much for the continued support!!
Wow that's epic a dream come true for sure. What an experience catching this magnificent apex predator of the ocean. Probably the most misunderstood of the ocean. Congratulations.
Glad you enjoyed it
Congrats! What a fish! Cant imagine the feeling!
You got that right! Crazy morning
Seen this on Facebook and again on UA-cam now. I have a massive shit eating grin when I see these guys start celebrating and shaking hands with the bystanders. What an unreal feeling that must’ve been. This is why I want to live in Florida so bad just to fish like this everyday.
Glad you enjoyed the production 🤘
Podcast coming soon about ALL the details of this amazing morning 🎉 like if you wanna hear about this wild event!

Thank you! 🙏
That's impressive, to catch a great white from shore , CONGRATULATIONS!
Thank you very much
Unbelievable. All the way from UK ❤❤❤❤
Glad you found us!
For a creature that puts fear into so many people, was incredible to see how gentle it was during the release. Could have easliy taken the lads down but was more like a dog going for a walk.
Amazing to watch
They are truly misunderstood animals
Y’all killed this shark! It just made national news today that a1500lb great white washed up on Navarre Beach. How did that happen???????
😂 oh my… not the same shark.. this one has a big scar. It was 3 weeks ago. And ours was not pregnant… shocking thought process from you
Honestly just think before you act. You will get made fun of
@@Thatoneguy971Correct. Leaving a dumb comment like that will get you made fun of for sure.
Daddy always said: If a fish starts swimming East real fast, it's probably a great white.
Well he was right
My daddy always said if a fish bit you in half, it's probably a great white. Daddy proved it was true. I miss my daddy.
im totally ignorant to this. im truly asking to understand: is the point to see the fish/get it as close to land as possible? i just dont understand the actual point/when you know "we've done what we came to do", when the intention is to release at the end. is this like porn (you know it when you see it), ie you just know when you have "caught" the fish, and its time to release? partly im trying to understand why he was so devastated when (you thought) the hook came out, yet so incredibly happy when the fish was voluntarily released only 10s of yards closer to shore?
That’s a great question. Really at that point just wanting to be able to see the fish in person. We can’t control what takes the bait but seeing a white shark and being able to remove our gear from it is important for the shark and personal life experience
Big hammerheads generally don't survive long battles and that's a pity. Years ago, one was caught in Texas and the guy walked it for an hour and a half before it could swim off. Who knows if it survived? There is/was a video here of Aussies that caught a big hammerhead off of Brisbane and you could tell it was dead when they released it. @@CoastalWorldwide1
@@CoastalWorldwide1Sorry, but this is animal cruelty. You depleated vital energy reserves that an endangered animal had left and stressed it just for views and then sent it back into the open. Catch and release is animal cruelty and that's not my opinion, it's a fact (and yes, sometimes a catch isn't legal or not edible and so on. In this case releasing it is the right option. But most catch and release fishing is done purely to satiate ones own ego or get a bunch of views). A big youtube Channel has a lot of influence and with great power comes great responsibility. People will think that this is cool and then they will try it themselves, thus harming more of our oceans protectors...
Please don't take this the wrong way, your channel is entertaining and you seem to be really good people, but this is a point I had to adress, because especially sharks are unfortunatly very misunderstood creatures.
@@kaviyaneskandari2316Lol at trying to enforce your feelings on another human. They will keep doing this, and you will keep supporting them by watching the videos. You offer even more support when you leave a comment. Lol. May as well hit the notification bell while you are at it.
If it’s animal cruelty why do you watch it Coastalworldwide1? How bout following PETA’s channel or do you have a problem with that also??
The only shark on my bucket list to catch and release. Beautiful video.
RIP Carmody
He will get his shot again
Lmaooo
Real ones know lmao
Dream catch... I would feel like there's nothing else that would ever top a great white from the beach.
It’s our second one!
How do you get the hook out of its mouth?
They don't, they will tell you the hook dissolves in a few weeks, it doesn't.
Hooks definitely do not dissolve- dumbest thing FL tries to tell ppl
We remove the hook most times by Dehooking- in the case cutting the hooking and removing each piece
o m g, this was a great roll, must ve been exhausting. Well done!!
Epic morning for sure!
Hopefully it doesn’t wash up in a week or so… FWC will be on you guys.
Well this was 3 weeks ago sooooo
And also they weren’t actively fishing for it they were just fishing for shark
This video is absolutely insane. The ultimate fish, and you let it go safely. Awesome.
Glad you enjoyed!
Risking the life of an animal just for shits and giggles….and UA-cam money.
Um obviously we didn’t target this shark 😂😂
No, you were targeting any big shark.
Awesome job fellas, cant wait for the opportunity to fish with you guys!!
Thanks brotha!!
It's very dangerous to the Great White Sharks health to be hooked on fishing lines as this stresses their system and unfortunately can and does cause senseless deaths to these majestic Apex predators. White Sharks are detrimental to the health of our oceans and are a protected species therefore people shouldn't be allowed to fish for these magnificent fish
They weren’t fishing for it you can’t control what bites your hook
Anytime I see a name with the word, "Worldwide" in the title It reminds me of that movie Step Brothers with their entertainment business called, Prestige Worldwide!😂👍
Oh for sure 😂😂🤘🤘
Nothing tops a Great white, incredible Animal
Apex of apex
Umm, see - Orcas
But great whites are indeed right on up there.
this video brings so much inspiration, this is what actually got me into wanting to LBSF, keep up the great work, Legends!
-from south Texas
Thanks brotha 🤘🔥 glad you enjoyed the video!
The drone footage at the end was outstanding....
congrats chaps...
Thanks a ton
Awesome, but there's no way you'd get me to wade out waist-deep next to a shark like that. LOL
Haha 😂 we can understand that
thank y ou for keeping these big sharks released and not killed for a trophy!
Of course!
What a beauty and well done !!!! I think my ultralight trout rod would have struggled a bit with that big lady 😂😂 congratulations and all the best 😄😄🎣🎣
Glad you enjoyed it!
Well done for treating that beautiful creature with respect and removing the hook entirely. Congrats.
Thank you!
How do you only have 10k followers after this? You deserve millions bro! Just subbed! Can’t wait to see what’s next!
Thanks for the support!!
Hands down one of the best catches I've ever seen ❤️💯
Thanks for watching!
I’ve been scrolling through the comments and I couldn’t find anything on the length you think that mighty white could be, great catch! I was on the edge of my seat the whole time, especially when he thought he lost it, I felt sooooo badly for him
About 12ft! Glad you enjoyed it!
That’s crazy!!! Congrats again!!!
