Thank you again for yet another great workout. I'm 65, and am once again starting up with with you. I started out with the 10 minute, then the 20 and now the 30 minutes in the past three weeks. I love your professionalism, your humor, and workouts. We are living on a small farm and doing these exercises has helped with the every day chores, and yes, picking up the grandchildren. It has also been fun to see your positive relationship and how you speak to one another. May this "ministry" you have contine.

Really loved this! I'm 58 and intermediate, but find more intense workouts drain my energy, and I find it hard to get other things done in the day. This is great for those days when I have yard work and house cleaning. I also enjoy your professionalism and you are both very personable and encouraging. It's enjoyable working out with you!
keep at it!! Eventually you will get MORE energy after your workouts... Make sure you eat for "fuel" Lots of colourful food and water... Key to energy is what you eat as well.... Good for you for starting to workout... It will become more of a routine if you stick to it!!!

As a fitness instructor I have learned so much from your programs and your book as well. I use many of your exercises in my classes and I start my class by letting everyone know that they can find many of my exercises on youtube, HASfit. This was amazing. I am 73 and have been doing the video for 22 mins for about a month. I just did this harder version and I loved it. Anything motion around the knees, I do modify and I love that you keep encouraging us to create our own pace. I really felt this and it feels good. I workout to maintain good health and support my immune system. I do not take any medications, I do my Vit D3, Vit C, probiotics and enzymes. I workout 3 to 4 times a week and have added you guys into my routine. Thank you. Keep doing what you do!

I am recovering from aRobotic Partial Nephrectomy Procedure ...it has been four weeks...since I feel well I decided this morning to do this exercise though without water bottles lets see how I feel tomorrow..I am 72 and so happy to continue these exercises thank you both of you...I did modify the exercise when I felt tired but still did the 30 mins...one needs courage to start exercises after a major operation..thank you both Malaysia.

Just increased the weights and surprisingly tough. Have encouraged my dad to do these workouts. You guys are the only ones on youtube who seem to cater most for the elderly and limited mobility. I think that's really thoughtful and sweet.

I go to the gym and do the treadmill plus weights. But I want to do more upper body exercise. This is perfect. I can work hard at the gym and do chair exercises on my off days. Keep them coming❤️❤️❤️
I’m 68 and have grandchildren to keep me busy. Always enjoy your comprehensive encouraging workouts. Now even more so as I recuperate from a broken kneecap.

First time I have exercised in years. I turned 67 yesterday and my weight loss has stalled. Trying to move it forward. The video was easy to follow and I could do almost everything. Thanks for the workout.
Total workout feels great...I feel like I get a better workout with your videos than I do with other videos that show how to walk in place and move forward and sideways.

I'm 67 so after so many years of exercise its been hard to adjust but you have helped tremendously. I can still modify these workouts for me! Keep up the great work! Looking forward to more of these.
I turned 60 last month and was looking for a beginner kind of workout to make myself stronger and flexible to prepare for the older years ahead. I found this and attempted it today although I couldn't finish all the reps... I'm in pretty bad shape, but I am sure I will be able to do it with practice. How often should I do this workout?
