I emailed a link to this video to my Mom. She had hip surgery about a year ago, and is doing well, but she wants to be rid of her cane, so she wants to strengthen her legs mainly I think. I think this video will help her get a full body workout.

I'm 70 years old I'm and enjoying these exercises very much, been doing them for about a month. I do the standing exercises and use weights where I can because I have to go to the chiropractor every 3 weeks for my neck and shoulders.He told me the ones to avoid the weights on. Have lost 5 pounds and 2 inches around my bust, waist and belly button. A big thank you :)

First timer, here! I thoroughly enjoyed this first workout. And so happy that this is free, because it fits my budget. I'll be 66 in May 2020 and my goal is to be fit enough to walk/jog 1-2 miles without feeling like I'm about to pass out from exhaustion. Feel like this is a step in the right direction. Thank you.

I started using this workout recently because due to Covid-19, my dad cant go to the gym anymore. He has a lot of health issues and the gym has really helped him to not get worse. These workouts have been so great for him. This morning my mom joined in. She battled a bit but we will most likely see improvement in time. Thank you so much for this!

Terrific, thank you. I was down in Florida at a family retirement condo and at the club house they have classes: chair weights, chair band, chair balance and chair yoga as well as other classes. They are terrific. Now that I’m back in Montreal it’s great to have a video like this one that is pretty close to those Florida classes. You can count on me to make a contribution. Keep it up. So great to be able to stay in shape with safe exercises in the comfort of my home. Thank you.

I know 30-year-olds who are well out of shape, bad lifestyle maybe you have to keep your body constantly in motion

btw with some exercises I’m able to do some stand up versions, but some I need to sit - So I mix it up... I hope it still benefits me... I’m looking forward to the day when I can stand for the entire exercise session! I have no doubt sooner rather than later with your instruction! Thanks again!
We are in our mid seventies and now can't go to our regular fitness class due to the risk of Covid 19. This video is perfect for us. The standing version is just challenging enough to make us feel we have had a good workout. Thank you.

I love these work outs. I never get hurt and it lets me go at my own rate. NO yelling or screaming like some of my cycle classes!! Great work guys!!
With Covid, my husband and I fell into some really bad eating habits and an extremely sedentary lifestyle. Needless to say, it didn't take long to put on weight, but worse than that, our flexibility and mobility really suffered! Since were both in our 70s, I realized that we wouldn't have to worry about Covid if we didn't get back to a much healthier lifestyle. Your workouts have become an integral part of that change. Found your workouts today. Just what I needed. A little feedback from a 56 old woman who used to be an athlete, you don't really need quite as much tenderness in your approach to your audience. We've learned a ton by this point, and many of us were in great physical shape at one point or another. Thanks for the workout! I've subscribed and will see you again!

I broke my right ankle 2 years ago (trimalleolar compound fracture); had the hardware removed last year and now trying to get back to regular exercise with the added challenge of working at home under 'stay at home' directive----I need motivation. Thank you for this video; I'm 69 and loved this workout; every muscle was telling me 'hello'; I like the pace and the time frame for each exercise; I will definitely be back again; I am here to get strong in my quads so I can get up off the chair, walk, do my errands, bring my groceries in and keep my hip flexors and knees oiled and working; I want to be able to be independent and care for myself; right now I am caring for my husband who had 2 open heart surgeries and is experiencing a knee issue so I am constantly up and down stairs and this workout helps combat THE STRESS of it all while keeping me strong - THANK YOU :)
Just discovered this last week. I am just short of 73 and have put on weight during covid and lost some mobility. This is terrific I can't thank you both enough I am feeling better already. The routine is just perfect for me.
So so glad you're showing calories burned. I've used your workouts in the past (older videos) and the only thing I couldn't figure out was how much to record for calories burned. Even if only an estimate, it's extremely helpful. I lost weight and inches using your workouts in the past and was always glad to tell friends about the CONVENIENCE of your workouts and the great variety available. Thanks again! Just getting back to moving again and it's always good to throw in a few of your workouts each week.

I am 78 years old and I love this workout! I have a Silver Sneakers gym membership and went to the gym this morning but this workout has different benefits that seem to help me with flexibility and balance. I had been doing the chair version but decided to try standing with light weights. Either way is effective in perking me up in the afternoon when I would like to take a nap.

I've been using this video and 2 other similar intensity HASfit videos 3 times a week for a month. I'm waking up without pain in my shoulders. My knees are beginning to be less painful. It looks easy, but it has just enough intensity to let me know that I'm working. Thank you.

Fabulous, Free, Excellent Guidance for workouts when you're stuck at home. I usually go to Silver Sneakers (for seniors) classes several times a week at neighborhood recreation centers. But with the Colorado weather in the winter often keeping me from being able to drive, or sometimes just from wanting to, I am so grateful for these trainers. They are every bit as good as the Silver Sneakers instructors, and offer options/alternatives for everything they demonstrate---depending on "how YOUR body feels today".
Hi I'm 81 yrs old and have worked out since I was 12 yrs old and both of my rotator cups are messed up from accidents. Three years ago I was benching 300 lbs but in 2021 I got a vaccination for pneumonia in my left rotator cup and got vaccine related association from the vacation at the VA hospital and it still is limiting movement of my left rotator cup. I love your routine and will keep trying three times a week.Thank you

i underwent total knee replacement surgery in december and am waiting for my second knee to be replaced - now delayed by covid19 - walking is difficult and i can't swim at the moment. i've always done a lot of exercise so am missing keeping fit. came across you guys and am so glad i did. thank you so much for these videos. you are both so friendly and encouraging. thank you.
