Coach few of my students stokes are good but while playing games they do lots of negatives. Why and How to control it. Please guide 🙏🏻
It is going to be our job to keep on reminding them with a lot of patience that positive thoughts slowly turn into positive results. Negativity never result to better games😁🏸 Be patient and they will understand it😁🏸
Thanks po Coach sa Info.😁🏸
You’re very welcome😁🏸
Hello, Coach! I just want to ask you a favor. Can you recommend an online store where we can buy a badminton racket and shuttlecocks that is affordable price? Thank you.
sunriseclick.com is reliable and they have sale products that are affordable😁🏸
Coach kennie today was my tournament I lost the match.I was so nervous and I don't why I was not playing as good as I usually play.It was my first tournament. And I bought a new raket but it was pretty heavy and I play with light racket. Please tell me why I lost🥺
It is probably because you are nervous and you have a new racket. I moved from arcsaber fb 4u with 24lbs bg80 string to astrox 100zz 3u bg68 ti at 27lbs string. Basically an even balance super light flexible racket to a fairly stiff and head heavy racket.
Im no pro like coach kennie but if i were to guess why you lost is because you played with a racket completely different spect than your old one and you were not used to it. Ive been playing with my astrox 100zz for a month now and im still having a hard time controlling the racket. Other factors that may had affected your gameplay is perhaps the new venue, the pressure to win each game, playing someone you never played against before and a lot of other things really.
My suggestion is this. Try different rackets and see which one suits your game play and stick with it. And keep playing! Eventually you will gain a lot of confidence and skills to stifle your opponents
Pls do not use anything new when going into a tournament. Whether its racket, shoes or apparel. Always use what is comfortable to you.
Feeling nervous is normal, we have to learn to overcome it. One way is to warm up well before getting on court😁🏸
Hello po coach, I have a concern po, what can we do when we really want to improve po but we don't have a trainor or any advanced player that can helps us? Like for footworks po ganun
suggest ko lang is start with footwork. look it up sa youtube tapos try to mo kopyahin ung movement sa court bago ka mag play as a warm up or if you're lucky enough to have the space on your own for quite some time then keep practicing the movements.
if you have a friend to play with u then either multi-feed or kung isa lang birdie nyo then get your friend to clear the shot for you and you try to smash it. not only you improve your offense, your friend gets to improve his defense.
no need to pay a personal trainer basta nood muna sa youtube kung pano ung movement then try mo either by yourself or with a friend.
@@roymustang08 Thank you po so much❤️
@@dencia3143 also, keep playing! hindi ka gagaling kung hindi ka lalaro. i have friends na bago lang sa badminton but since they are soo eager to learn the game nag improve sila ng mabilis. keep in mind these people are like 50s and 60s na isip nila hindi na sila gagaling. they may not be pro level but they can play really well and are keeping up with us in our 20s and 30s
You’ll have to keep practicing the footworks by yourself but the problem is when you form wrong movements or bad habits, no one will correct you😁🏸
