Dear Hebbar, I am totally new to cooking, this tutorial helped a lot and I was able to produce super crisp dosa's, wish you had added/shown adding water while grinding rice batter (my mum saved me over here ;)) , which is the only point which you missed and the time to take grind depends on the type of wetgrinder as well, is what i learnt.
But thank you very much, for this tutorial.

@@anuradhagoyal224 You can use Kolam Rice. Kolam is a short grained medium sized rice, just like Sona Masoori.
You can even go for Wada Kolam because of it's identical aroma like Sona Masoori.
Kali Mooch Rice is an alternative too, but is has that rice kind of earthy smell when cooked, but it is highly nutritious.
I haven't seen anyone making a receipe so perfectly❤️❤️

You can 😁, in a normal roti tawa.. the making of batter in the grinder only matters for that exact taste n consistency.. Even in mixer it would be close.. but grinder batter is preferable.. Am a south Indian too.. So you can trust the comment .. cheers :)
M a south indian too. If making in mixer grinder take small quantities in jar to grind to a good paste by adding little water . And yes wet grinder makes batter more fluffy
