Corner "Star" of the "Big Dipper" first Flashes then Moves & Completely Drops out of Frame. UFO

I was watching the night sky, as usual at this time of night, and I was focusing on what looked like the Big Dipper. I was first disoriented because I've never seen the Big Dipper there before, in that spot in the night sky. I dismissed this as me simply standing in an unfamiliar spot on this night, unfamiliar to me as I usually stand elsewhere with a different view of the sky.
Anyway, it didn't register at first but then I saw the upper right side corner Star, part of what I thought was the Big Dipper, begin to flash... I started paying attention. I went to grab my phone, across the parking lot from me and I started to record as soon as I got back to my vantage point. The video is very unclear and all over the place and I apologize for that. My phone's camera doesn't record the sky well at night so much detail and perspective is lost in the video.
I'll try and better describe what I saw...
I was focused on what I thought was the Big Dipper and the upper right corner "Star" just started to move, "downward" in the sky, towards the bottom right corner Star. It descended in kind of an arching motion, it didn't drop straight down. It looked more like a trailer from a Fireworks Display, after the big explosion the sparks kinda arch downward out of the sky.
That's kinda what this looked like, only slower and more measured and precise.
After it descended, this "Star" just sat side by side with the lower right corner Star for about a minute. Then it began to slowly return to the position it started from.
This downward movement happened TWICE while I was watching, the 2nd time ended much differently than the first.
The 2nd time this "Star" moved it moved in a nearly identical pattern as the first time it moved.
However , instead of sitting by the lower right corner Star, it just is kept traveling downward in the night sky until it finally disappeared behind a grove of pine trees.
I'd say this is the craziest thing I've ever seen but I've been seeing some pretty crazy stuff in the night sky above me here in Northern Maryland for quite a few years now. I'll say the intensity and frequency of sightings has ramped up dramatically over the past 2 years. I've tried to post as many "Captures" as I can but most are like this, distant, hard to identify.
I'm looking into alternatives for recording the night sky, something that'll pick up the smaller details. Hopefully I'll be posting more, and better quality, soon.
