Loofahs don't exfoliate the skin, they're wayy too mild, they just create extra lather. To actually exfoliate your skin you should use a body brush or a body scrub. Smh

How often do we have to change one?? 2-3 weeks !! This one would be something of interest to common audience! And if the purpose of loofah is to rake off the dead skin, it will obviously have the dead skin clinged to it.. no matter what brand it belongs to..so better to give it a rinse before you hang it to the hook in the bathroom!!

Personally, I don't like using loofahs. They are a massive breeding ground for bacteria, especially if you are sharing. You could use a loofah, if you change it every 2 washes, and that's something that's not possible, at least for me! I prefer using a bath glove or a brand new hand towel to clean myself in the shower.
HI there, We completely understand why using a loofah might not be your preferred method of washing in the shower. As you mentioned, they can be a breeding ground for bacteria and are difficult to sanitize regularly. We suggest investing in a bath glove or hand towel that can be used after each shower and washed regularly - this is an excellent way to both exfoliate your skin without any worry of harboring germs.
Additionally, there are other alternatives to loofahs such as body brushes or exfoliating mitts which may help keep your skin soft and clean. So when I used those puffs,and the one on a stick,I woke up with a bunch of pimples all over my chest and upper back. I quit using those. 😐
It's very important to keep them clean in between showers or there can be bacteria build up. However if you find they don't work for you then skip it!
