You'll beat it. I also encourage you to look into apricot and apricot seeds. They fight cancer, believe it or not. You have to ceack the seed open and eat what's in it. There was a study done for the middle wastern tribe that did this... absolutely none died from crom cancer, and they live long lives. You should look into it. May Yeshua bless you.

Consuming cold and frozen foods and drinks? impedes digestive process and leads to dehydration.. took me literally my whole life to learn to confront this inversion that's being pushed at us.. my advice is if you're going to use frozen products to make your smoothie? Let it mostly return to room temperature before you consume it? Most people are just looking around under seats for a coins to buy something at the corner store at this point

It looks good, but 19 grams of carbs for me in one meal would like to knock me out. I teeter between prediabetes and reactive hypoglycemia, and too many carbs will make my blood sugar go up quickly (while not super high) and make me feel like complete dreck. Then I have to worry about it coming down too quickly, protein and fiber or not.
I've found the best thing for me is plain nonfat Greek yogurt, strawberries, powdered peanut butter, unsweetened soy milk, and some cacao since, after all of the fiber content, I'm left with around 10 grams of carbs.

Can you please explain further about the trans fats when cooking with olive oil? I found on Google this, which states the opposite and would love to understand it further: It is also a myth that heating olive oil leads to the formation of trans fats. In one study, frying olive oil eight times in a row only increased the trans fat content from 0.045% to 0.082% - still a negligible amount (15). Olive oil is very stable overall, even under extreme conditions

And start adding chia seeds to mine. 😊

It would be better if you eat whatever is in the smoothie without blending! When you blend fruit, apart from loosing a bit of fibre, as it's mentioned in the video, it releases sugar and it's digested much quicker, so it gives you an insulin spike instead of a more steady release. Is it better than a soda? Of course! But it could be better if you don't blend anything and eat everything raw

@@ohana8535 Are you comparing a few chews with your teeth than a blade going several thousands revolution per minute for 1 or two minutes? If you check the limit for the free sugar you should eat every day, the natural sugar in the fruit doesn't count, EXCEPT if you blend it, then it counts. When you blend something, the natural sugar attached to the fibres is released and it behaves like free sugar in Coca Cola or similar. Please, don't believe me, research it.

Some of the terms you've used in this video and others on diet topics like super foods and starvation mode aren't accurate or helpful. The vibe I get from these videos are that I'm getting information from a "gym bro". The information you provide is helpful but doesn't seem to be communicated in the most effective way.
