I do amazon for a courrier company, it's basically like amazon flex except your gurenteed 6 days a week and make a bit more money, see when you get a drop if you swipe up on your way to a delivery you can see how many drops, parcels and the size of parcel in the delivery. Also your meant to scan the parcels right outside the front door, we get a bonus scheme but pretty sure the flex guys don't but if they make mistakes alot they get let go. Customers always try and scam amazon and say they didn't get there parcels. If you scan in the car and there lying they will get there refund no questions asked. There gps tracking system is accurate down to 1.5feet. I know because I've done the manager job and used there tracking system. Scan and swipe to finish at the door and it atleast makes it more likely you get a consession overturned. We get a £25 a day bonus so these tbings matter to use anyway lol
Gotta quick question they want hire me 125 day 6 days week off sunday with weekly pay does that sound right? Also got another company wants hire me 15hr after trail pays goes up with benefits 10hr shifts and 3 days off both provided with company vans
I turned up and always deliver to penrith rural or Hexham rural, 30 to 50 miles away, that's the norm and deliver about 35 parcels scattered sometimes 9 mile between delivery. Had a delivery the other day 95 mile away and 55 parcels still called it a 4hr route. The blocks have dried up, 1 or 2 a week now cos they've employed hundreds and still advertising
Honestly I can't imagine why anyone would dislike this this is very clear and very helpful, kudos Man you got a new shout out and recommended from me. thank you very much #BRAVENOTCH
Signed up awhile ago. I now only accept surge price blocks, learned the hard way blocks over run because of too many packages, they expect you to deceiver them all in too short a time, another tip, don’t book blocks too soon, about 1pm they start too increase the price, then again about 3pm, mad at the minute most blocks down south are an average 25 an hour
Very helpful chap but one msg to all other drivers out there, when are doing online video be very careful not to reveal customers identity or any personal infor i.e face of the customer or their name and address. Some people are in here for other reasons just be careful guys that could cost you or your employers but more important could endanger customer and their property.
Alright fella, Jesus mate I wish my deliveries took that long... earliest I've managed to get done is 3 hrs on a 4 hr block, lowest amount of parcels I've had is 39. Just goes to show how different areas can be. Great tips in there mate, cheers for the upload. 😁
+Mark Wilkins it's few and far between I get deliveries like that 😂😂😂 how's your blocks been lately let me know if you run into any problems let me know 👍
Driver Joe do you mean availability mate? At the min it's whatever you like... if I had the time I could do two 4 hr blocks a day but I'd imagine that will change soon. I've heard a lot of people complain about the amazon sat nav in the app but for me, so far... it's been bang on! I just need to get my time down 😂 but to be fair it's still good money I think
+Mark Wilkins I've been giving advice on on the sat nav to use for Amazon probably next week I will use it and let people know what it's like the Amazon sat nav isn't that bad but lots of people been complaining about it
+Mark Wilkins yeah lots of people complain about the sat nav I've had no problem with it so far but I am going to try a new one next week see how that goes but I can't be bothered with the messing around 😂😂😂
Driver Joe yeah I'd always advise having a back up... thinking about it mate the only problem I've had so far is a parcel having the wrong postcode. The post code ended something like 0BQ on the parcel but the correct post code was 0QB. What made it worse is the address was right in the sticks and a house name, not a number and we know how much of a pain house names are 😂. When I finally worked out what happened amazon quickly sorted it mind
Cheers for the video Joe. Interesting to see the differences of yours. Not too many but still a few. On completion of my last parcel I don't get that message screen saying well done that you showed. My app just goes to the home page saying there's nothing on my itinerary. Find the new update to the app annoying. It requires almost every time to be in the orange circle of the address before you can continue to deliver and most the time Im bang in the centre and have to wait 3-4minutes a time for it to go green. Haven't looked into the help button for the gps not working option. Will check it out on my next block. I don't think it's to do with my gps though. Seems more the slowness of the Flex app to work.. but I guess hitting that could be a work around to gain the time bk.
@@Jesusonlymediatorwithgod i should actually look into that as well i know there is separate insurance for this type of work. They're in a cage/ trolley, I've worked in that warehouse. Occasionally we were able to wheel the cages to their vans pretty much (they usually meet you halfway in those instances. But usually as a warehouse employee you'll leave the cages lined up near the entrance and the drivers come and drag them to their cars/vans. It is non-stop inside the warehouse, a lot more work than this delivering. Which is why I'm starting as a driver in a few days! This comment is for other people, I know you've figured it out by now 😁

I wanted to ask you about the actual flex app as I noticed there is no way of exiting the app unless you go into the settings and force stop the app using Samsung and Android smartphones do you have the same issue?? Also i'm sure in a previous video you might of said you can't do more than 24 hours in a week but I see you can put availability of 40 hours a week so could you do this full time or is the hours capped per week or would you not get many blocks to cover 40 hours in 1 week? Keep up the great work..
+Rikki Connelly hi mate I have the same problem with closings the app but always make sure you do it and the only way to do over 24 is all on amazon with Christmas coming up am sure they will let you
Driver Joe Thanks also do they send you avaible blocks reserved on a Friday before 8pm for you to choose within 1 day? I also know some drivers forfeit there block meaning it will show up on avaible blocks now and again

Hi At the driver license stage, does they just want a UK driver's license? If I apply with a driver's license obtained from another country, will I be accepted? I am new in UK with valid working visa. Thank you.

I want to start doing Flex deliveries in this coming year 2020 as my current work have dropped my hours substantially and I really want a job where I can be on my own and on the open road. the company im going with .partners of amazon . offer 120 a day u do 5x8hours , so full time with option of 6th day, they will hire van for you and take that and anything else which ive over looked out your wages.
Too time consuming. They want you to work accurately . Hassle multidrop slavery using technology. Can't make nothing much. Hassle stop start, parking, awkward customers, not in etc. Would not do this job at all. Crap!! If you want to work as a Courier go Nationally. Delivering 1 item 200 miles away could make you £160 and another coming back possibly another £100 quite easily. @@JoeRPlimmer what sat nav do you use ?
@@susanab3831 that's a great question, normally I use Waze but when I'm delivering for Amazon I use Google because you can put multiple addresses in 👍
Is it worth doing this full time? As Im planning to go back self employed
Amazon Flex is on a maximum of 24 Hours a week.
Hi hope you guys are doing well too quick question how do I know if my warehouse area has been capped for the hours you can work and also I have sent my driving license off to get renewed is there any chance I could still work I have a picture of it on my phone and I have a valid passport as well thanks
+Musa Shah the best way to find out is asked on the driver's and yes just take your passport with you good luck
Driver Joe wow that was a very very fast reply thanks a lot just to confirm did you suggest I should ask other drivers about the cap on ours when I email the support team they are no help at all usually give me a totally different answer than what I am asking
+Musa Shah don't bother asking support about the cap you will not get a straight answer but people in the depo will no other drivers just ask them and remember to take your passport 😂😂😂
Driver Joe lololololol I will do that I have already been refused entry once even though I had my passport but I will try again tomorrow in your warehouse did they ask for you to show your license when entering the weird thing is I have a image of the license on my phone and physical passport but some silly people don't care
+Musa Shah I'm seeing somebody get in with a Costco card 😂😂😂
what sort of money can you earn ?
the company im going with .partners of amazon . offer 120 a day u do 5x8hours , so full time with option of 6th day, they will hire van for you and take that and anything else which ive over looked out your wages.
Is the £120 before or after van and what about diesel?
120 before deductions
say PARCELS one more time!!
More lucrative ,good for your car ,less hassle parking and only 1 person to deliver to.Put your favourite tracks on and car/van on cruise control and see the whole country and get paid hansomly!!! Thats what I do.
who do you work for?
Havin ago #briantbradshaw
Uber must be crap to do this as well
😂😂😂
the big question is? are you a red or a blue!
😂 I don't like football
So if you finish early and sign out, surely they will only pay you for the hours you actually worked?
+TheNoobyCommander no mate only once or twice I have gone over but always been paid for the 4 hours
I must admit I was skeptical at first, but the service you provided was honestly top-notch #Gratecyber
