I really enjoy your video bro don't need to delete them. I am learning a little more before I join AMzon DSP as well
Where do u apply?
@@mc2activehd275 on indeed
These vids are wicked bro keep it up
Never seen anyone make Amazon driver pov videos really satisfying
Appreciate that bro
Definitely not many uk Amazon bloggers all from USA
Love your videos 👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks bro great video
Hello again you keep up these videos and and one day own your own company
Just finished at Amazon myself after 18 months of work. Couple of things ive noticed
1) Your DSPs vans are in MUCH better condition that any of the vans my DSP operated
2) Your routes (and i of course know that routes vary) appear much more organised and well though out, and in many ways easier than ones i regulared.
Obviously route difficulty is subjective, and i dont mean it in a way to take anything away from the work you do, its just interesting to see the difference based on the area or station you operate at.
when u consider u gotta pay tax i think the route should be £180 minimum
Love your videos
Thank you!
Your videos are quality man 👍 I used to work at amazon, gave it up to do the taxis much better work life balance 😅 all the best bro
Thank you !
Fair play lad dunno how you do it. Was working for DX for a few years had about 60 to 70 stops but countryside. Respect anyone doing this many stops i couldnt pay isnt enough either
I worked amazon for a year i dont think many do it for any longer than that. The jobs just to get money until something else comes along imo
I'm pretty sure the majority of dx shipments are extremely heavy and oversized,
DXW2? i worked there also...
why are these videos so addicting
Good video mate 👍 i was a bin man round your area and a bus driver just have to park your van and do the best you can as long as you don't get verbally abuse it ok been there done that i mite try for a job there soon are there jobs there all the time? Keep up the good work and go safely mate 👍
i know its boring but if u made some sandwiches an a drink ...save £5 a day at greggs, obv cost max £2 at home...but over a year you d save approx £1500 ...get a nice holiday for that
I know, I really need to start eating a bit healthier too lol
Best Amazon Logistics employee in the year of 2024.
I think by law you can block the road for 15 mins for unloading/loading if anyone pipes up on terrace roads lol
I tried to do some research into it but couldn’t really find much, think it’s a bit of a grey area tbh.
How does the self employed process work? Trying to get myself sorted in a DSP and wondering if I need to register myself with HMRC first
Thats crazy, in London we get paid £117 per route and we dont rent the vans?
I hope you dont mind my me asking but how much do you get a year?
The pay isn’t the same everywhere
How you organise the parcels
It’s gone up to £122 now in the prime vans
I don't know if anyone mentioned music copyrights... Just be careful if you're trying to be monitised, good luck brother.
the songs he uses r copyright free music
Love the videos mate. I got offered an Amazon position but it’s a 11am start 8pm finish. Way too late. Also how do you handle your taxes being self employed?
You have to do a self assessment mate. When you join the DSP they will offer you like an invoicing company which you pay weekly and they take care of all your taxes but it’s optional. I don’t use them.
@@MrRohanUKYeah I wouldn't bother with all that , very easy to do your own self assessment
Hi bro I'm from Nepal but now I'm working in Qatar as delivery driver can U telle how I get sponsor visa and job
Got a double route tomorrow and Friday. Does your dsp let people do 2 NL1 ? easy 235 pounds for 200-250 stops
Nope, we are expected to do everything by the book so no doorstepping. I know other DSPs where drivers are doing 2 routes a day
@@MrRohanUK Haha, doorstepping was virtually required on some of the routes we operated sadly. The system learns, so once a route gets doorstepped a number of times the route will start inflating until you have no choice but to doorstep....
Quite sad really, and resulted in a lot of concessions
y do u deete vids you had 3 yesterday
First one had to be re edited and after the re edit, I didn’t think the quality was up to scratch so took it down
Are they still giving out routes in tight country lanes whist operating a LWB van?
Amazon prime branded vans are all the same dimensions. If a DSP requires you to have an LWB then this would be at your own van or renting one at your own expense. Ideally, you want to join a dsp with a van provided so you don't have to worry about maintenance insurance etc
I’ve been looking at doing this and have been quoted £166.20 per day….
Yo bro you still doing AMAZON FBA?
You didn’t mention how many hours it was, I just want to know how many hours it took earn the routes pay…
What time you start, and what time you finish, on average?
The route is 9 hours long, if you finish before that you don’t need to work up to the 9 hour point. Loading and van checks is probably another 30 minutes. Start times vary completely between companies. One company could start 9am another could start at 12pm
Hi how are you doing
Hello Mate I'm a amazon driver as well I do it in Birmingham what group are you with I'm with uk express we get £180 a day plus a bit towards the fuel and they pay you daily as well
You must be a dsp 1.0? Own white van?
I rent a van but yh a white vauxhall vivaro it hurts a bit cos one of the days work pays the van rent and I don't know and yh 180 is the rate my dsp uk express pay and do you follow the route in amazon's sequence or do it in your own order I do it my own way cos I find with doing it in amazon's order you end up on the same road more than once
@@darrennorgrove8734 I’ve reported the routing many times, as have other drivers however Amazon states that it’s for “backtracking” which encourages reattempts so it seems they won’t change the routing
The only thing amazon change is the number of stops on the routes n it's always more lol and a lot of drivers at my depot do the same as me and do the route in the order I want to instead of following amazon's order sometimes I do stop say 135 first and the last stop I do will be stop 27 and I don't really do my re attempts I just go on flight mode go on itinerary press problems hit re attempt and just mark it as customer not home again lol n give it the de brief
Did you have a route today ? I was on the 10:10am wave loaded got to my first stop about 11am had 168 stops and was done for just after 4pm one of them days everything went smoothly lol well I say 168 stops but with the multi stops it was more like 185 cos the way I see it if you got a multi stop at 3 different houses that's 3 stops really
How many hours do you do per week as part of your contract?
There is no set hours contract, its self employed mate
How can I apply for one in the UK? and are any vans automatic?
What area you based mate, electric vans are automatic but most DSPs will require a full manual license to join.
@@MrRohanUK I'm based in Wiltshire. I've tried looking on the Amazon website but can't seem to find anything. To DSPs have there own website?
Why is your van in kph and not mph if your in the uk?
Its in mph mate
It’s worth more than my mates get £60 a day, illegal, Working in a horrible Skip Yard for 8hrs 🤮
£60 a day!! That’s worse than apprentice wages
@@MrRohanUKbecause it’s illegal, black market. They pay slave wages, if they even do. Total exploitation
Must be cash in hand surely, but still bad
who is paying for the fuel?
The DSP provides a fuel card
who is your dsp?
Not allowed to say unfortunately…
I was getting 104 per day after tax
Yeah mate rates between DSP and also if you pay for wise invoicing and tax stuff that’s an extra charge
@@MrRohanUK Im from Birmingham I was working the at the dsp here not only did we not get paid enough but we used to be getting too many stops I remember one day I had 216 and no help
y dp u delete your vids you shoulf og had 3 know u only have 2/
First one had to be re-edited and after the re-edit I didnt think the quality of video was good enough
