    I'm a 52 yr old female I have started losing muscle mass. Seems to be rapid decline. I want to tone up and loose weight but I'm scared I will have loose skin can u regain muscle mass and get toned during menopause?

    I'm seeing this 5 years later im almost 64, had a tragic event 4 years ago that caused me to lose all muscle mass, gained 30lbs and cemetery shifted my body, dried my skin and all of a sudden looked 10+years older...Drs have been no help, they just say its normal aging. I cant seem to lose any weight, nor gain muscle...HELP!

    1st love your videos please don't stop it second question if I'm not sore the next day am I still getting benefits and hopefully getting stronger or should I be doing heavier and feeling a little bit of soreness

    This was such a helpful episode! My big question is how to build and shape up your backside or booty? As we get older it seems we loose whatever butt we had. Please share some info so the ladies in the 50s club can keep their pants up and keep some curves! ❤️
