Debbie, thank you for sharing your knowledge for healthy aging. I'm 63 & have always been active but recent years I have to work harder ( at least I thought until now) to maintain healthy joints & energy. Your videos are motivating & with your modifications I can still remain healthy & active. 🏋🙂
That's exactly what I do 2 or 3 or even 1 day a week dumbbell Hiit.I'm 53 I need lots of recovery time.I just want to stay strong and more than able to do my daily activities as I get older.
Can you show modifications for people that can't lie on the ground ? Love, love, love your videos. They've helped me to lose 60 pounds. I'm 53 and my energy level is better than its been in years. Thank you.
I was just going to suggest that! If nothing else clean it off completely with water each time as it is nearly impossible to read. Just found these today and subscribed. Awesome videos!
