    Love you recepi first time made bread using all purpose flour and the buns are so solf. I used bread maker to knead about 5 mins instead of hand.

      My country also lockdown , hard to get bread flour at store. Suddenly saw this video using all purpose flour. Bread are soft and taste good. STAY AT HOME !💪

      Same here in CA, no bread flour + dry yeast anywhere and Amazon 5lb bread flour is $15 when normally it is $5. 🥴 If ur place have Costco, u r better off finding almond/all purpose flour. Happy baking! ☺️

    Made raisin bread rolls again today. First time was little dry as I didn't put enough butter. This time I put more butter and they are perfect, soft and buttery. Thank you for a wonderful raisin bread rolls recipe.

    Today I veganized this recipe using soy ‘milk’, vegan ‘butter’ and flax seed ‘egg’. Half of the flour I have used whole wheat flour. Instead egg wash I used mixture of syrup and water. It tasted so good. 😊Thanks for the inspiration!

      abba1436, I think would be work but need some adjustment for the liquid you are using since wholewheat flour makes the texture dense. I recommend using half - half with AP flour

    The music 🎵🎶🎵created such relaxing atmosphere IMO just perfect for baking. I bet the aroma coming out of the oven while the buns were baking was heavenly. They look delicious 😋.
    I'll definitely try them but have to wait until the weather cools down a bit. We're still having 100 degree weather and my kitchen gets real hot even with the aid conditioning. Thank you for the video.

    Dear Ninik, love your recipes. I kept mine for proofing. I didn’t have raisins much so I added sliced Glazed cherries on top and almonds flakes also sprinkled sugar on it. I hope the cherries don’t ruin the taste.

    Ninik, I love how you present the rolls at the beginning . When you press the roll, it comes back to its shape like a sponge . And then when you tear it apart, this makes me want eating it, yummy !!!

    Made it with Craisins in place of raisins and added almonds extract, and they were fantastic. I had to use what I had available.

    I have just come across this video..first time I have seen your video's.
    I'm not a great Baker but I'm going to give these a try ,they look easy enough.
    I also admire the fact you were wearing protective gloves while doing the dough, very hygienic, I like that, I do the same, never handle any food with bare hands.

    I'm making these this afternoon but the half a cup of milk and the 1 large egg I used made a very dry dough - which didn't look anything like yours - so I've added some more milk which made the texture look more like yours - so am hoping it will work out ??

      Abby Harvey, maybe you were using flour more than you realizing. This many times happened. If that happened, please add more milk or melted butter. I'm curious about how it goes.

      Thanks so much. For that, you may try to use a baking pan that the size fits with the bread, so they will rise upward.

    Wonderful..do we have to put any bread improver or dough softener to risen and soften the bread if not included in the recipe?

      I never use bread improver and dough softener before, so I have no idea how to use it.

    I am using 1/2 cup milk & my dough looks very dry. Is that proportion correct or I am doing something wrong

      Sheeba, my cup measurement maybe different with your cup measurement. Cup measurement is vary and confusing
      Please follow the measurement in grams for flour and ml for the liquid.
      The large egg and softened butter will make the dough soft, as you see in the video.
