Thanks for being honest once again. So many people using it and lying about it.
Imo mostly because of the negative reactions people have when folks ARE honest.
There's a high and might attitude around people who don't lose it "naturally" (bariatric surgery, cosmetic surgery, diet pills, glp meds etc).
Can't win.

Congratulations girl! You look wonderful! I’m on my weight loss journey as well. I’ve lost 40, & have 30 to go. I started mu journey 10/2/24 & plan to meet my goal by 10/2025. I have just bring eating right & exercising ( except for when I’m on vacation). I’m so proud of you & myself for hanging in there as it can be challenging at times. I feel & look really good & that’s my motivation to keep going.

Hello Jasmine, I am truly happy that you are physically and mentally in a good place. Unfortunately, your approach is one hat I can't take. I suffer from heart failure. It's a hereditary disease that runs in my family. My grandparents died from it. I have to do it the " Natural" way. I don't consider myself a " Hater" for saying this. I'm not sure what the intent behind the air quotes " natural" meant, but it's used in the intent to mock something. Look it up - it's literally why they are used. I never tuned into your channel for weight loss. I truly enjoyed your overall content. I am particularly happy to hear that your son is now receiving access to services. I am a reading clinician and certified reading Specialist who has serviced many children with autism. I know all to well that a large number of these students experience social isolation as a result. So very happy that now your son will have be given the opportunity to work through this.

I started out eating exactly how you did and regretted it. I'm at the gym at least 4-5 days a week doing my best to build up muscle, but would not change a thing to how I physically look now!!! and being honest here... love seeing the heads turn lol 😍 My confidence is 100%.

I gained 70 lbs in 2 months from PCOS 😢 was fit and athletic my whole life. When I gained the weight I was eating healthy and super active! Found out I have insulin resistance which makes it nearly impossible to lose weight. I've tried so many different treatments and protocols. Not giving up. ❤

Thanks for your testimony. Prior to using the injection, I cut sugar down to ONLY two servings of fruit a day to make sure I got some. I cut out ALL pasta, rice, and potatoes. When I did this, I dropped a great bit of weight. After that was when I started the injection.
One thing that you touched on, which is very important, was that is that trying to exercise is painful to some and this helps you reduce the strain on your body by knocking down the weight. Once I lost that initial weight, I'm encouraged, by noticeably feeling lighter, to get moving and keep moving.

I’ve been on trulicity for months I’ve taking up to 3.0 mg and I’m still not losing any weight I eat right drink a lot of water, I work out, go walking and take supplements maybe I need to rule out Cushings disease

Can anyone here give ideas of what to what to eat while on semiglutide if you have to be on the road a lot during the day, from early in the am until late at night (perhaps not every day, but at least 3 times a week? And before you say "meal prep", please know that is not an option for me, for a number of reasons too long to explain. So, if you are in a remote little town that only has a McDonald's, Wendy's, DQ, or similar, and you need to keep on driving to get to your next meeting/destination and you cannot stop for too long to eat something that needs to be eaten with a spoon. Any ideas/suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
