    Before you say, “Well, I know someone who’s super unhealthy and has long thick nails” let me give this disclaimer … Everyone’s unhealthy looks different. Some people show it through their skin. While some people may show it through their nails and/or hair. We are all wired differently. So, the way your body is telling you that something is wrong inside may not be the way someone else’s body is doing it. Overall, it’s VERY important to be connected with yourself. Don’t ignore what your body is telling you and do something about it.

      My nails have always grown really long and strong but I went natural in 2019 and I’m worried they’ll snag on my hair and break off or break my hair off by snagging. Do you find your nails getting caught in your hair or have issues with finger detangling because of them? I only finger detangle because I can minimize breakage and knots that way.

      I can relate to what you are going through b/c I had all those symptoms in the past. I reversed it by doing what I mentioned in the video. You don’t have to take supplements. Try fasting so your body can clean itself out and detox. After the fast eat A lot of green vegetables (preferably raw) and fruits. It’s easier said than done. It will take discipline and honesty. But, once you start to feel and see the results, you’ll be hooked to this new lifestyle 💚💚💚

    • @GreenBeauty
      @GreenBeauty  2 роки тому +12

      When I fast, I only consume the things I listed in the video. No schedule, I drink those things as much as I want. If you are just starting out, your first fast should be long (5 to 7 days). If you can't do that do at least 3-days. After that, try to do a 3 day fast every month. And make sure most of the food you eat are ingredients you cook yourself. Stay away from packaged foods that have an ingredient list. It's a lifestyle, so you're gonna have ups and downs. So, don't be hard on yourself. And use fasting as a tool to maintain health and to clean out when you do mess up. 💚

    Hello, I love your videos. I have a request. I am suffering from heat damage aka heat trained Hair. I am normally thick hair and dense. I did a press two years on my beautiful 14 inches of hair and used grease and new device. Too hot! Shouldn’t used grease! My 14 inches of thick dense hair turned into limp see thru hair that lost its curl pattern. My new growth is now about shoulder length (No Big Chop) so my 14 inches is still here. I’ve did your triple threat clay mix twice (letting it dry fully) and it’s helping my curl return. About 30% of my curl pattern has returned so far. IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE YOU CAN RECOMMEND for us ladies suffering with this problem. I of course use no more heat, keep it moisturized, protective style etc…… BUT……is there anything scientific you can add to help further restore the curl pattern to its previous state so as to avoid chopping?

      I know about deworming tablets and I don't think they are necessary unless you have a serious medical issue that needs to be dealt with ASAP. • @GreenBeauty
      @GreenBeauty  2 роки тому +1

      Intermittent fasting is very beneficial if done correctly. A lot of people set the times but, eat too much within that time. Intermittent fasting or not, a great goal is to never eat until you feel “full”. Every time you eat, eat a small amount. Do that consistency for a month or so. That will train your body. Your body will tell you what next to do. What I mean by that is that when you eat like this, your stomach will shrink and you will notice that your appetite will reduce altogether. You’ll see what I’m talking about. That hard part is the first month or so.

      @@HaloHighlightz Really?! Folic acid may help depending on the brand but my nails still split like glass or paper. Did your sickle cell anemia worsen those last 2 years? I noticed that I loose even more hair and my nails are even more prone to breakage when I'm going through a lot of crises

    What about fingernail fungus?

      If you have a fungus issue, it’s most likely due to your bloods/body pH is off. If you so a fast take shots of parsley juice. That will help clean out your blood. Just take parsley leaves and juice it.

      Keep trying. For some people, it takes a few tries before your body gets with the program.
