I really miss the warm water of the sea. I was around 8 or 9 years old when I went to Cape Verde. It has been a long time since I’ve been there with my family 😩 Tarrafal, where my descendants are from 🇵🇹🇨🇻🇬🇧😘
Thank you for sharing! My girlfriend and ! are photographers and we will go to Cape Verde in April. Could you chose two (beautiful to be photographed) islands for us to go? Thanks!
Pedro O. Hi Pedro. Depends what kind of photography you’re after. Each island has its own identity. Personally, I think santo Antao, Maio and sao Vicente (I went for 😆). Lots of good photography spots on those islands. Maio is small, but they have the most turtles and dolphins. The sand dunes are great too. Can easily travel around the whole island and photograph the villages. Santo Antao is a huge jungle, great for trekking and finding tiny villages up in the green mountains. Sao Vicente is a bit more modern/European. You’ll find more urban photography there. But still a lot of nice coastal shots to take 👍
Pedro O. April might not be the best time to see turtles though... Boa Vista is great for that too but it’s very “touristy”. Good for quad biking, you can photograph the shipwreck north of the island. I’ve given you 4 options there 😂 I hope that helps you decide
@@followmyfeet8088 Thank you very much for answering so quickly and well explained. I thank you from my heart. well, our intention is to take pictures of beaches and local culture. Sand, blue sea, paradise like vibes. and, of course, enjoy the beach. (i'm brazilian, my english is no good)

Pedro O. If you’re interested in the beaches then maybe not so much santo antao. The other 3 would be great.
No worries. Have a great trip
