You should eat breakfast like what other typical Singaporeans will eat. All races will either eat prata(Indian food), nasi lemak(both malay and Chinese stall will sell), mee soto,mee rebus& lontong is a common breakfast from Malay stall. I can assure you, Chinese, Malay, Indian, Caucasion( Ang Moh) will have prata for breakfast! That's just my point of view. Cheers !
