      You can soak for 4 to 6 hours. I soak overnight sometimes.

      You soak after you peal. If you soak before you peal you will regret it.

      Some people are allergic to crayfish.

      I personally do not like crayfish in my Moi Moi, maybe because one time I put too much, so the Moi Moi had a very dark and not so pleasant colour

      Typically get family to bring some from home but my local Nigerian food store sells it as well.
