Ma'am thanks so much just tried your recipe...by far the best mom moin I have made... I added crayfish ,curry and thyme but mehn the fluffyness of the moin Mon is out of this world...
Shola, your moi moi with a few ingredient changes is my mother's recipe...delicious. Mum is dead now. But she was a fantastic cook from Delta State. I am looking for your Ayamashe stew and Ofada stew. They are not the same thing although some Nigerian takeaway cooks argue this with me. The difference is Ofada is cooked with 100% red pepper plus other ingredients, and Ayamashe is cooked with 100% green peppers plus same other ingredients. If you have your own recipe for these two sauces please send me the links. I have subscribed. For your information, I live in North Wales and have to cook my Nigerian food because no Nigerian restaurant near me. The ones I have ordered from in Manchester and Liverpool do not cook like you, so their sauces do not satisfy my taste buds.
Merci beaucoup pour cette recette. Je l'ai mangé la 1ère fois en 2004 au Nigéria et je me suis toujours demandée comme on le préparait. DIEU vous bénisse
Funny u. Love it! But what I want to know is which is habanero (gangan). I get confused. The short plump or long one ( this one u used)? And which gives better colour and is tastier?
@@afrisianuk 💕 the tray was meant to be for a small gathering, me and sister tried it before guests arrived and were like nope this is for the house and hid it in the fridge instead 😅😅😅
Looks so amazing. Thanks for the very clear directions

You had me in mixing raw egg 👍🏽
This is tantalising.
I think is too much water. Enjoy 😉
Said the same thing
Nice though but just too watery.
Why you add egg
It look a bit messy, and she add a bit too water she even take away the flavour she added earlier.
