@@FloChinyere This is a great recipe but I do have one question. if you are wary of chemicals and already blended ogbono, egusi, spice mix etc. why do you and so many other fellow Nigerians and Africans use knorr or maggi cubes? They contain a lot of salt, msg, preservatives etc. Not to mention that they are produced by unilever and nestle respectively and their track record especially in Africa could not be worse.
