- Опубліковано 4 жов 2024
- Curves can be proceduraly generated and animated using geometry nodes. This speeds up character design and animation. This short tutorial shows you how to generate hair-like snakes for Medusa with geometry nodes. Use Blender (free software) to create characters and character animations.

This is so cool, loved the whole video man
Great content mate, your quality of production is so high, a question, if you could help me it would be great, is there any way to use that curve data and place a sculpted tentacle in there (that deforms along the curve) ? it would be great for my project
Incredible mate! Thanks a lot
Very good tutorial !!! Thank you !!!!
EPIC !
I don't know how is it possible to create that high quality videos - It's unreal. The attention to details is amazing.
I am wondering how long it took you to create the whole video including rendering, cutting, recording etc.
Respect.
Wow, thank you!
It takes quite a bit of time, rendering, audio recording, editing, etc.
I don't know the exact number of hours because I can only work on it in my free time, but a rough estimate will be somewhere around 40 hours.
What an awesome tut!!!! Love the style and the humor! Kudos! :)
Glad you liked it!
The keyboard SFX does it for me. 👍
That's some Quality content😌
Fantastic tut, thanks!
love the way you make tutorial! Greate job!
Thank you! Cheers!
Great tutorial thanks
I love the way you use the animations to move the nodes. It makes it so clear. How do you do that? Do you actually animate individual objects?
Thank you. :)
Yes, it involves a lot of editing.
Really cool tutorial
Thank you, :)
Damn, this tutorial is on pointtt 🔥 keep on what you're doing bro +1 sub
Thank you. Will do, :)
AMAZING!!!
It's awesome ☺️
Thanks a lot 😊
Your tutorial is soo detail, and tell us every group of node that control the object. It's very helpful! Subscribed!
Is the animated Medusa hair available in the project files or it’s just a tutorial in Patreon?
Everything is in the project file on Patreon.
Cool results but don't feel like i'm learning something except the fact that it works and i can copy the node settings without understanding it. It misses some pedagogy to get the logic behind the scene. Thank's by the way
Strange but cool though . :O)
thanks, :)
need a detailed tutorial .... i'm not able to add snake head & material plz Make a full detailed Tutorial
you not told how to add snake to set materil node `if u make a video provide all information you are using it will help for all
Can we make all snakes face to a single point ??
Awesome tutorial format, Sina! I can’t imagine the amount of effort it takes to make the illustrative comparisons, node animatics, & sound design.
If you wish to share, how long did it take to make this video? Hopefully you can dial in the video editing to speed it up
Thank you, :D
Yeah, it takes a long time. I don't know exactly, because I work on the editing in multiple sessions (during free time). My guess is around 20-30 sessions of 1-4 hours each.
how do you only have 18.1k subscribers...
UA-cam recommends my videos only to the most awesome people, :)
Is it possible to do a cycle VFX where the body catches fire
how can i make it a loop seamless?
Hey Sine, mazing tutorials. One issue i am facing, snakeheads are not showing at the end of hairs in my blend file!! what's the solution!! although i have followed your tutorial exactly.
Thank you, :)
Hmmm, hard to tell. Are the snake heads not showing at all, or just not in the right place?
@@sinasinaie not showing at all. Lemme share geonodes screenshot to your instaid or email.
Bad tutorial. Texturing doesn't work, and isn't included.
All the tutorials on your channel are amazing and very useful... The way you explain is unique, you explain very well and at the same time you are very brief new subscriber, I'm sure I found my blender teacher, thank you very much for the tutorials
Wow, many thanks for the kind words. I am glad you are finding the tutorials helpful, :)
how I put this in to my time line?
