Those are awesome doors. I found your video planning to make a set of tube doors for my JL. I had not thought of buying hinges or using sheet goods. I was thinking 1 1/4 EMT.

the reason for door locks on tube doors is for 1. to slow down anybody trying to take something, and to 2, ensure nobody can come up, open your door and then pop them off the hinges then run with them

i got that idea from extremeterrain after they stated that when a lot of people asked about why do tube doors have locks
