I would never do the epley myself. I always go to ENT-I just feel more comfortable.

I had terrible vertigo and could not get out of the bed by myself. I ended up in the ER in the middle of a pandemic. They never told me what the problem was and months later I am still battling slight dizziness and some vertigo at times. I have given up riding my motorcycle and pretty much anything where I am moving around a lot. What causes it and how can I fix it at home??

Hello... I have bppd... And yes I dit the eply manoeuvre and it worked.... But... When the severe Vertigo disappeared.... I was left with a dissiness that I feel 60 to 70 % of the day with every movement I make.... I feel motion sickness.... The dokter says I have to sit this one out.... It's bin 8 months now.... I feel depressed and scared that it will never go away....... Do you have any tips for me

Same here didi, How long did it take
I have had dizziness with head posture for over 2 months. The epley didn't produce nystagmous. I also might have it in both and I would get the worst of dizzy, it would die down then go again. Thoughts?

Can an MRI w / contrast pick up the misplaced crystals in any of the canals?
