A lot of people sustain spinal CSF leaks after head injuries and vertigo/dizziness is a very common symptom of the condition. Everyone with a head injury needs an assessment for a spinal CSF leak within two weeks of the accident.
i've been smoking marijuana or what i like to call weed for 25 years and suddenly crashed my mountain bike a year ago and ended up unconscious. i went over the handlebars and landed on the back of my head where i got whiplash also.....my helmet was "better then nothing" in a sense..... i did rehab for 2 months but one thing i never changed was smoking every 2 or 3 hours except when i goto sleep......some say its good and some say its bad..... i have a dull headache most of the time, some blurry vision and light sensitivity is my worst problem..... its been a year and i feel better but not 100%......i recently didnt smoke one night before sleep and in the morning i delayed it until lunchtime......i can say i felt a lot clearer.....until i smoked.....so im wondering if im a delaying the healing process even a year later.......im running some tests now to try a different "strain" .... hybrid and indica havent been good.... next im going to try sativa.....although i never ran these tests.....if someone out there is smoking maybe this can help with what they need to go with if they really need to smoke.......if sativa gives me symptoms like the other 2 have then i will stop cold turkey........although after a while i get ansy and cant control myself......i will try hard before 2025 hits.....report back soon.......if i find it helps or changes anything at all....i'll make a video for the world ...thank you
Took a hit to the front of my head really hard. Seemed ok for about 2 1/2 weeks, now feeling slight tightness around front of head at times wanting to take advil. Also really tired and sleepy halfway through a routine day. Going to make an appt with a neurologist.
I had a fall a month ago. Ive had scans and all seems ok. But the room spins when I lay my head on a pillow at night. And when I get up in the morning. The spinning only lasts about 10 seconds but it very disturbing.
Same thing with me. I fainted and fell backwards hitting the back of my head. Went to the Emergency Room as I started throwing up. Had a CT scan done and it was ok. But I still have the same symptoms you have. I call it like my brain goes into “salad spinner” mode. Mine is getting better, hopefully you are back to normal soon 🙏🏻
I bashed my head on a kitchen wall door around 18 months ago, and it will not heal. I have a hole in my head, and I cover it was sterile plasters, but when I peel them off, there is blood and a clear liquid on them. I have since developed balance issues, and have fallen three or four times, so now I walk with a stick. Should I be concerned? Is it a Brain Injury? I have had my Mother Pass Away, in the last 12 months, and I have had to move out into an Apartment, I have literally put my life on hold, and have not got around to getting the hole in my head seen to. Can you help me?
I hit the back of my head when I fainted 2 weeks ago on my kitchen floor. I've had an MRI and a CT scan which show that my brain is normal. I am still very dizzy. Is hitting the back of the head also considered vestibular concussion?
Thanks for positiveness

Incidently, I am type 2 diabetic, is that a factor in why my head won't heal?
Please go see someone
@@LOYALFITNESSYT OKay Thanks.
Does it show in ct scan of brain.. Please tell me ma'am
Most often, the brain injuries dont show on a CT scan or even an MRI. But it should always be done in case it shows something.

Yes I think so.
Most certainly .. concussion is a chemical issue which doesn’t appear on scans .. you may need vestib therapy but you may just recover with time ..
Excellent video! Thank you so much for explaining it so clearly.
