- I tried stop motion for the first time a few months ago, but now I'm trying it with Lego! This has to be the biggest project I've worked on, hope you enjoy!

Your animating skills are incredible hopefully you get lots of views like the mando one
Thank you so much!! Had a lot of fun making it :)
ALL HAIL THE ALGORITHM
@@Splarkszter all hail plankton
Your animation skills are mind blowing. I've watched years of lego stop motion and this has to be the best I've seen
Thanks Seth!! Yeah I had these ideas I hadn’t seen either, but I’m really happy with how it turned out! I still have a few more ideas to improve it even more hopefully!! 😁
I'm not hating I'm just saying that isn't true
0:35 mandalorian shadow move lol incredible
WAIT DID ANYONE SEE THE MANDALORIANS SHADOW AT THE START OF THE VIDEO???
Me
cool
Wow man you seem so talented in everything you do in these videos! The stopmotion looks incredibly good. Also, the way u tell a story in this youtube format is really entertaining. The time-lapse with a moving set-up is a very nice touch. I hope the algorithm picks up your content, once it does, I know many of ur videos will go viral.
I'm also curious to know what your fav stop-mo yt channels are, if you watch any?
That really means a lot, glad you enjoyed 😊 Also yeah, I watch a wide variety of UA-camrs but stop motion related I enjoy Animist, Tomosteen, and Kevin Parry (does some stop motion amongst other stuff) to name a few!
This is honestly amazing. It’s your first attempt and your already animating better than me who has been animating for 2 years.
So satisfying!
Thanks!! Glad you liked it 😊
Dang dude this is your first time? It looks awesome! Love the cartoony style
Ayyyyyyy LEGO stop motion! That’s my personal favourite form of animation so thanks for making this awesome vid! 🤩
Thank you so much!! I’m sure I’ll make more in the future, so glad you enjoyed it 😊
I love them. Looks like the Lego movie 3
you deserve way more subs
❤️
This is fire!! Crazy!
… it turned out so good…
Lego animation is something you should really start getting into dude!!! It’s sooo fun!!! I’ve been doing it for a long time now, and my skills have grown so much and I’m sure yours will too!!! Good luck man!!!
0:34 mando’s shadow waving 😂
i know
It was really cool. You made a very good job, GG. Stopmotion is just very cool😎
this was so good! keep up the great work👍
Thanks Brickie! 😄
The shadow of the mandalorian moved 0:35
Ive always been doing Lego animation and I think that it is so much fun
Wow great video! Well done mate! 👍
Dude it was perfect from the beggining
This is better than the movie it self
0:32 I saw that shadow...I SAW THAT
Wow this is impressive!! The stop motion is so realistic and smooth, I love it! You are a professional animator now! The lighting is great, the movements are great, the story is interesting and the set is awesome! You put sooo much work in this, incredible! I’d love to see more Lego stop motions from you! 😀
Thank you so much! That means a lot ☺️ Yeah it took a lot of time to get it looking the way I wanted, but I’m happy with how it turned out!
You’re very welcome! You’ve the patience many others don’t have, and patience means quality, and the quality of your stop motion is mind blowing! You used techniques I’ve never seen before. Keep animating, you’ve really got talent! 👍
Try doing a mega construx stop motion, it's like Legos and action figures but combined
You must be so patient with your films! I practically give up after a few tries on shooting some frames for my animations. It’s a wonder I made any complete films of decent quality. Still, you probably worked on general stop motion animation for years before coming to LEGO…
Great job!
It definitely takes some patience, and thank you so much!! This was actually just my second stop motion project ever, my first time was with an action figure (which I also made a video about) 😄
Awesome, love it!
nice and smooth animation
Let’s go you did better than me and I Have been doing this for years good job
The moving shadow. Dude, you're a video genius.
WOW Your stop motion film was awesome! I love it!
Time for Lego! Time for Stop Motion!
The quality of the music, content, and editing is truly impressive. Thank you so much and,of course, good luck
Thank you so much! That means a lot!!
You killed it again ! Amazing job!!!
This channel is gonna blow up soon - really impressive work, Sam!
Fantastic !! Congratulations. really good work
Insane i subscribe right now
You should make more stop motion videos like this! 😁😁
Get this guy on the next lego movie
He said, imma recreate his tutorial exactly frame by frame
As a lego stopmotion animator. You’re really good for a beginner.
spoted the mandalorian t 3:52
What can I say? This animation is a work of art.
You've earned your creativity on this level. and I'd say, great work.
You're too kind!!
This is so underrated I do not know how you only have 84 comments
Shooting stopmotion on an anamorphic lens is really cool!
Yeah, it's such an interesting look! Have you used one for any of your animations?
@@sam-beige no I don’t even own one 😂 I just use a webcam
Wow that’s incredible!! Do you have any videos of your behind the scenes?
@@sam-beige no only a few tutorials or quick timelapses
@@MintyBricks okay cool, I'll look for those! I'm super curious how you did those camera movements in your most recent animation
0:35 THE SHADOW OF THE TOY MOVED
You should have 1 million subs
The shadow moved
bro you are too good to make stop motion
Wow he is good at that stuff
Way better than my first
There is absolutely no way that that is your first ever stop motion attempt. No way man.
😄 Fantastic skills and technique. I have a long way to go. But I hope my storytelling will capture a wide audience. Thanks for sharing. 😄👏👏👏👏😄
First time Wow I'm beyond impressed that was one crazy good animation wow I can't wait to see more if you make more 👏🏾
Thanks!! I’ll definitely be making more in the near future 😄
the sequel that i wanted and needed, awesome video, and your animation skills are really good
Haha I know it was a long time coming! I had to invest in some Lego supplies and figure out what I wanted to do for it, but I’m sure I’ll continue to do more of these here and there 😄
Dang! This is too smooth to be your second time did you do more practice before making this Sam?
This was actually the first time touching stop motion again since my first video. Well, I guess I’ve made tiny animations to use in videos that are ~12 frame loops, but it wasn’t really the same kinda thing. Even the opening shot was kind of a warm up for me relearning a lot haha. So yeah, the video itself is me practicing 😊
super cool!
Tip: Try and remove the sticky tap
That was great!
lovely video !!
This is very cool! Also sorry for not looking at this for a while I’ve just been a bit behind at looking at my sub feed
Thanks Zugnam!! No need to apologize 😄 always appreciate your comments!!
@@sam-beige thanks
This man puts all this work into this and doesn't even have the amount of views as subs underrated
and AI is doing this style much easier now, He is truly one of the last that will do this by hand
Wow! Its really impressive! How many hours of work there? I have just subscribed!
Thanks Lin! I’ll have to do a better job tracking my work going forward, cause I honestly don’t know. For the whole project/video, an embarrassingly long amount of time 😂 (like 4 weeks of solid work), but just the taking of pictures maybe 4 days (not including the building, camera setup, etc)
Its so goood
This is very nice far a first animation :) I make stop motion animations too
Being someone who has done sto-mo my ENTIRE LIFE there is no way this is his first time animating
GLOPPY👏
Also what motion control rig did you use for the time lapses? Those looked really nice
Thanks!! It’s made by Neewer. I love doing moving timelapses but it definitely takes a bit more work to setup
Not to be mean or anything but I’m pretty sure you made a typo with lense
you should add tags to your description related to your videos.. to get the right audience for that video, of course. (example: #lego)
Oh I’ll have to look into that! Thanks!
I love these videos, I can also appreciate this since I make brickfilms myself
Next you should do claymation
Yeah I’ll have to try that sometime! I imagine it’s really challenging
Huh, the exact same minifigure (with different legs) was in my bottle skit video
Shrek great vid shrek
I hate that you're new and already better than me at it, lmao
When bro said about subscribing at the end a border went around the button-
This animation is on par with The LEGO Movie
Wow thank you!!!! That was a huge inspiration for this whole video
I saw the shadow move at-0.30 time
How is this your first time!?!?
Look at the mini figures shadow...
Wow, your animation skills are awesome! I love the little details, like the vacuum hose stretching as the dirt goes through it. Also love how you did the dream with the ice cream! I've done some stop motion in the past, so I know how much work goes into something like this! Great vid!
Thanks man!! Yeah I love adding those little details and it’s so cool that you spotted them 😄 Definitely a ton of work, haha!
Nice
😄
How did you get good so fast:(
I have a whole UA-cam channel dedicated to Lego stop motion
Super fuckin cool!!!
Anyone noticed his action figure’s shadow moving?
This looks great! You did a good job I love how it turned out!
Thanks Kylorde!! You’re the best!
Try plastic army men
Wow
For trying stop motion for the first time what stand did you use in that video for the charter walking because i want to try that with action figure
Please and thank you
If you search for “helping hands soldering kit” you’ll find it on a bunch of online stores, but I ended up buying 2 of them to essentially just make a longer arm. Hope that helps!
Thanks
yo i saw the shadow
I think you’re the first!! 👤
wow
how much was that fancy lense?
It’s around $500 dollars 😳 It’s pricey, but if you want a true anamorphic lens it’s one of the cheapest
@sam-beige Honesty, I expected it do more. Still outside the budget though.
@@sam-beige what is the music used?
I feel like it issnt his first time
This is awesome! 1 like away from 1k!!!
This was your first time 😭😭😭😭
Clearly not first time tho
this was so good! keep up the great work👍
