Just got myself a 2nd x8v3 D4 to match my solo running at 2ohms you think when the 2nd one come this Thursday and get a box having them both at 1 ohm would be banging in my little nissan versa? I appreciate your post Fred
I prefer birch plywood but heard some great sounding boxes made with different wood. Acoustically MDF is great the downfall is it’s very heavy. The best advice I can give is as long as the box is built to the specs of your subs and is solid it’ll sound great! I hope that answers your question.
