A recurring theme is that Jerry will find the slightest reason to break up with a girlfriend. He broke up with one woman because she ate her peas one at a time.
What Seinfeld is, the absolutely very best. not only comedically, but culturally. It references to almost all cultures of the world, to classic Renaissance world, personalities of the past like Freud. It mocks racism, approaches gayness, tackles religion, mentions the italian Cosa Nostra,.....you name it. Not to mention Curb Your Enthusiasm.
it's almost a shame to watch Seinfeld like this, i'm crying at the amount of context that has been lost watching just these random clips xD please just react to some full episodes, it's like sooo much better and makes so much more sense :)
Funny tidbit about this recording: They actually didnt play music while Elaine was dancing because she does actually have rhythm, so to make it look as terrible as possible, they wouldnt play music for her while they shot the scene
As a Seinfeld fanatic. I think you'll love THE BETRAYAL Season(S9 E8). AKA The Backwards Episode. That's all I'll say without giving away spoilers. 😊 "The Betrayal
I bought all 9 seasons of Seinfeld back in 2008. I never watched the episodes when I was younger. I was only 13 when the first season came out back in 1989. And obviously my teenage years I was not watching Seinfeld.
That's so similar to my story. I was 13 in 1989, largely ignored Seinfeld as it was on the air until 1998. Then I watched reruns for a long time, later, after 2002. I bought 7 of the 8 DVD packages from 2012 to 2013.
I had a first date with a lovely women and dinner conversation was nice and everything was going fine...then while walking to the car to go out for drinks and dancing I got nervous because we weren't talking, but we were holding hands, and I said "you have rather large hands for a woman". Just a nervous mistake but she didn't talk for about 30 minutes until I figured it out. So, I tried to apologize but it didn't work, so I said "I guess that walk on the beach in the moonlight is out'? "I'll take you home, it's still early, maybe you can still have a nice evening." She chuckled a bit. There wasn't a second date. Too bad, she was a beautiful young woman and we did get along until then.
8:11 ...and eventually, at least 20 years later, that guy went on to do something even more embarrassing when he spoke the immortal line in Halloween 2018 about getting peanut butter on a certain part of his anatomy.
Indeed! You meant GTO. It could have been a GTO ('66 or '67), but it could also have been a Pontiac Tempest. It was missing the side badging of the GTO, between the front wheel well and the front door seam (around 9:39 ).
@@MrVvulf It also could have been a the LeMans. I have had a 1970 GTO, a 1970 Tempest and a 1968 Lemans. They all look very similar and they all have the same drivers manual. I seen many Tempests' and LeMans' at car show that the owners claim to be GTO's.
@@laudanum669 Yep, true. LeMans and GTO are both option levels of the Tempest body style. My first car was a '72 GTO. The '66 and '67 are my favorite body though. The only real difference between the two being the totally straight ground level line on the '66, while the '67 had the "pinch/tuck" along the low line, corresponding to the dip at the back of the door before it swelled back up over the rear tire.

They are all neurotic! 😊
if the girl had those hands I'd run as fast as i could too
"Man Hands" was also the beautiful woman, whose picture got George into the forbidden city. 😆
She had bigger hands than him! 😂
Elaine dancing is hilarious. 😅😅😅😅
Like a dry heave set to music!
Legendary 😂

Nobody beats The Wiz! Too funny.
Thanks again for doing Seinfeld! Btw there were 180 eps of Seinfeld. ❤❤❤
180?
“Make a wish….” Blows out candles. “Didn’t come true…”
“It’s not a twist off…”
Merve Griffin set is #1

Ah the little kicks. Best elaine scene ever.
Can't watch seinfeld like this, you guys should do full episode reactions
Y’all are the best!
The bloopers are really funny!
Funny tidbit about this recording: They actually didnt play music while Elaine was dancing because she does actually have rhythm, so to make it look as terrible as possible, they wouldnt play music for her while they shot the scene
You guys don't know "Seinfeld" good enough to understand lots of these scenes.
Yeah, and they REALLY should watch them in order. There are running jokes throughout the seasons that they miss.
That's what she said! " That did not seem like 10 minutes! Lol!😅😅😅😅
Met Jerry in Santa Fe in mid 90s when I was in high school. Very nice guy.
Great show. Seen em all many times I feel
George is referring to book "ALIVE" 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
I've seen every episode probably 100 if times since they aired and still makes me laugh
New subscriber here absolutely love you guys!!!
I have 3 favorites.. the one I think is called the contest. The puffy shirt and the Strike.
I still laugh like I did when I first saw them. Love your reactions. Keep going with Seinfeld. ✌Hi from NYC.
I am a 59 yr old New Zealander and my children were raised on Seinfeld. Daughter 31 and son 26 are life long fans. They had no choice apparently.
1:04 And every bass line is unique in every episode.
And none of them are an actual bass, it's all done on a keyboard.
It isn't just Jerry. Every one of the 4 main characters find something they don't like. I remember Elaine broke up with a guy over penmanship.
"8:26 Hej Minh, hillbillj boj gettinh bvszj vitth jard clippinhs."
OMG I didn't know you guys had another channel! Subbed! It's a riot watching you guys react to Seinfeld! Y'all are awesome!
Hellooooo! Great reactions, y’all should react to Seinfeld and Curb your Enthusiasm!

Context is everything for the comedy to pay off
Nobody beats the Wiz.

George is so funny

Seinfelds bass was a keyboard bass...it's a little known fact.
My advice watch the hole box set from season 1 you won't be disappointed
Your date having man's hands is a lot worse now than in the 90's.
I had a first date with a lovely women and dinner conversation was nice and everything was going fine...then while walking to the car to go out for drinks and dancing I got nervous because we weren't talking, but we were holding hands, and I said "you have rather large hands for a woman". Like most shows and movies, of yesteryear still hold up.
When you see George's parents, you will understand why he's such a neurotic.
You should watch the blooper reels someday, Julia had a hard time doing the dance scene.
8:11 ...and eventually, at least 20 years later, that guy went on to do something even more embarrassing when he spoke the immortal line in Halloween 2018 about getting peanut butter on a certain part of his anatomy.
Should watch the series,
GOT Pontiac

@@laudanum669 All of them are pretty great except the '73 and '74.
Compilations are only any good if you’ve seen the episodes.
Watch season 4!
❤
She eats peas one at a time.
The close talker, i hate when people do that
If you want bass on a comedy show Barney Miller is the best
Never liked these Seinfeld compilations, all the scenes need to be in more context with the rest of the episode.
GTO?
THEY ALL DATE A LOT!!!!!
Larry David, Larry David and Larry David. Need I say more.
you hightalker lowtalker closetalker manhands mimbo antidentite!
