@ Thanks brother! Apex is a pretty different product. If someone wants an all in one with Leg Developer then the Hyper Pro is best bet! I think Coop would like this for his home gym since he already has the Franken Hyper which only does GHDs and Hypers, and I believe he has a dedicated Leg Extension too. We'll see!
@ This really isn't meant to be a commercial style Hyper Pro, it's a fully separate product. With that said, to be transparent, we are also exploring a "creme de la gym" upgrade set. This would be a $400-500 upgrade for molded, commercial grade padding and metal knobs (pop pins). Price would be the same for old and new customers. This is absolutely not needed for 99% of people, but some commercial gyms and high end customers have requested this.
To be honest this is something we worked on extensively, but so far we've not been able to make it work! We did make a prototype, but it was very unstable and difficult to attach. So if weighted hypers are your thing the Apex may be your best bet!
@ Hey! So currently no plans for a Leg Developer on the Apex. This machine is meant to be commercial grade in all movements, and to include leg extensions and hamstring curls, we couldn't meet that standard. With that said, even though it's close to 300 lbs, it's semi movable! It has large wheels on the back and you can use the band pegs on the front as handles. Obviously not mobile but you can move it as needed!
@@dragoph Got it! So on most machines it's pretty sketchy to walk into back extension with a barbell, and here it is also not safe to do so. Here are ways to train with barbell: 1. Hold in front of you (zercher or deadlift) 2. Hold in front and load onto back at the bottom of the movement as per here: www.tiktok.com/@lowbackability/video/7461796589225495851 Hope this helps!
We spared no expense on the Apex to make it commercial grade so it's extremely expensive! With that said, we offer local delivery to Canada at freakathlete.ca. Base price there is $4,295 CAD while on USA store it is $2,995 USD.
Hey Brent! This is a very different product since it is 4 machines in 1 vs 9 on the Hyper Pro, it's much larger, and it's 3x the price. With that said, if you would prefer to get the Apex, shoot us a DM or email at suppport@freakathlete.co and we can do a trade in with your Hyper Pro so you don't miss out!
Wow! Freak Athlete keeps bringing the HEAT!!
That's right! Lots more coming this year!
And coop will still complain about the lack of knurling😂 Looks fantastic ❤
Hahah we've got plenty of knurling on this bad boy as it is!
Nah, he’s gonna say he misses the leg extension. Love the updates. 🎉

Looks insane, damn. The price reflects though, which is of course for a different consumer than the Hyper Pro.
Really beautiful.
Thanks Patrick! Yes, it's expensive, but we spared no expense on this product. Hyper Pro is the right product for vast majority of people!
@@freakathleteco honestly I'd by a higher priced hyper pro V2.
@ And it shows, it looks very good & would be an amazing machine for commercial gyms, as well as homegyms if you have the space.

@@freakathleteco The creme de la creme is for the hyper pro? I'm interested
All we need now is the weighted hyper attachment to be made as an add on for the Hyper Pro. Come on Freak Athlete!
To be honest this is something we worked on extensively, but so far we've not been able to make it work!

Lezzgo! 💸💸💸
Let's go!
💪
Golds Gym Venice needs this!
100%!
I have a nordic pro + leg attachment. Will the APEX get a leg attachment? I love the idea of reverse hypers!
How about moveability? Even if it's a few hundred lbs, can we move it? 😂

I love it! What will you think of next! Take my credit card please!
Cheers Darrell! Thanks for always being such a big supporter, I hope you're enjoying the Hyper!
@@freakathleteco Absolutely! Thank you!
wow
Thank you! It's a beast!
Just take my money💸💸
Haha glad you like it!
When can I place an order?
Preorders are live now at freakathlete.co!
How would you do weighted 45 hypers with this?
As in back extensions? You can just hold dumbells, a barbell, etc as normal. Meanwhile, you can do weighted reverse hyperextensions on it too.
@@freakathleteco Sorry I meant it looks quite high, have you guys found any issue with setting up back extensions and grabbing a barbell

5090 Canadian dollars to Canada…. Let that sink in…. It’s over 5,000

Nice. Since Coop asked for a premium model, he should put his money where his mouth is and pay full price to review it.
Haha that would be great!
WHY would they drop this after literally just releasing the hyper pro... I WOULD have bought this instead
