The state troopers and county sheriff take turns who sens an officer for the year or maybe longer I'm not positive. That school is locked down though. The outside parks are still mostly free to be used by the public (basketball court, large circle private paved pad that can be used for skating, etc.} with cameras where a private security company recommend and I don't think anything will be happening to our kids any time soon! middle of NYS btw and our Sheriff is one of few that gives the finger to her gun restrictions and SAFE ACT from the beginning. God bless that man. Thankfully for some there is resistance here. Unfortunately the staties are unconstitutional boot licking storm troopers of this unfair and hardly elected government though. Lots of them are even straight transplants from inner NYC and it shows. We even had a guy from the city shoot dead another person in road rage incident with his service pistol off duty.
@aresident7745 as we both know there are bad apples in every police force. The majority are good people, yes there are bad apples like the guy with the road rage. I'm sorry to hear that, that's horrible.
