Seeing as how Trent was fired truly shows that this a performance-based role because I know he’s an expert at this. This role can be highly stressful, definitely a true eye opener.
Great content guys. I can see Trent also uploaded a new video from this discussion on his channel, which I'll check out next. I hope there's follow up videos documenting Trent's journey finding a new position, and i hope his future employer allows him to share insight into the role once in the role. I would be interested to learn what kind of response Trent receives from his video pitch idea. Building a video template to streamline the process of applying to multiple companies is an idea I've been toying with. I've just gained the right to work here in Switzerland (50 mins from Zurich), and these videos are invaluable in helping me in this career path I've chosen.
Kind of odd this occurred considering everyone whom took Course Careers and then Higher Levels talks down or at least says CC wasn’t enough to get them a job. You’d think CC/Trent would revamp their course or not do an interview with their competition.
@@derangedgoose Higher Levels interviews with people whom took both. It’ll be evident in the title or starting picture that they took CC and Higher Levels for most of the interviews that talk about CC.
No G.E.D, customer service and employee mural background in construction 8+ years, if I were to take a course like yours or CC, and use these tactics, would it be impossible to get a job. GED or HSD required?
Thanks for reaching out. I have worked with several folks that did not have a college degree and had several years of industry experience and were thus able to break in. I'm not sure if not having a high school diploma would hinder you but usually once you have several years of working experience they don't really check your education background. It would definitely be possible. There are lots of construction tech companies and others that would value your industry experience. Whether you take a course or not you'll want to self educate on industry terms and build a network when you know enough to get applications as simply applying usually isn't enough (for anyone). Happy to help if you have follow up questions!

Go HL. There’s more feedback and mentorship than CC from what I’ve assessed. I’ll be joining soon.
Holy. Legendary collab 🥶
