Your car is an early one, the earlier ones didn't have that torsion bar. I think it was around 2012 they added that. Apart from that they are the same. Having done that once on axle stands, pig of a job made slightly easier on a ramp.
Yes put a new one on ! no Del boy antics in this gaff 🤪😜
I would use the brake pads which came with the brake discs from the same axle as these have worn together
