The two Charms are clearly meant to be martial versus caster, since the extra damage charm specifies attack roll with a wepon or unarmed strike. Plus, the clairvoyance charm is very approporate for Vecna as the God of Secrets. And yes, my party has definitely been known to use Clairvoyance to do espionage, etc.

Fair enough! I've never seen it used in my games, and I know just looking at them the combat/martial one looked way more powerful and consistent.
