That steel guitar is singing in David's hands...so hauntingly beautiful! Love the backing vocals too!

i remember this gig on tv and was on the radio . back before surround we saw it live on tv but with to radios also playing, then blazed up and turned on lava lamps.

Try the "Live at Pompeii" version. In it, David adds a longer acoustic guitar solo after the steel guitar. I think it adds much more feeling to the end of the song.
Headphones a must! If you liked high hopes you should check out nightwish's tribute version of high hopes. It's heavier but definitely top tier!!!! Hi just subscribed if you like pink floyd their only equals from the 70's was led zeppelin they are a blues hard rock band so could you react to zeppelins song since I've been loving you live at Mattson square garden 1973 this song will give you a feel for the bands type of music.

Not the PF to start with. Their most amazing song, IMO, is "Great Gig in the Sky." I have never seen a reactor be anything but stunned by it. Start with the studio version.
