    • @CookingwithNana

      Julia A2LA Regular sweet basil doesn't work well for me. It's very different taste from lemon basil. You can use fill instead if you don't have lemon basil.

    Sis I am curious since its a chicken is a hen don't you have to wait until the chicken is soft than we can add all the veg, and how long do I have to wait until the chicken (HEN) is soft until I can put all the veg and seasoning?

    • @CookingwithNana
      @CookingwithNana  9 років тому

      yes, cook the hen until it gets soft. In the video I cooked it for about 15 minutes. You can pinch the hen to see if it's soft enough for you.

  • @CookingwithNana
    @CookingwithNana  11 років тому

    The turkey berries (mak kaeng) add a touch of bitter taste, but you only taste it when you bite into it. Some people don't like it. If you can't find it, you can leave it out and just increase the amount of other veggies.
