    Your daughter is just so adorable! Thank you for the videos! I miss my mom's home cooking and watching your videos helped me re-create how she made home-made Laotian cooking. You know how Laotians don't use measurements when we cook, so it is very helpful that you can give us the idea.

    I have been craving for laos food recently and my mom always cooks it, but I don't live with her anymore. I regret not learning it from her, so it is very nice to see that your daughter is learning from you. I love laos food, and I am definitely going to try this out! Thank you for taking the time to make this video!

    Leena Naly, right now I can find the long beans in the Asian stores in my area (Northern California). If you can not find the long beans, you can also use the short green beans or just leave it out.

      QueenTut i think I got the pan from the local Asian market. My mom cleaned the bottom with steal wool. Lol

    I have never tried substituting coconut milk. I don't think this dish would be the same without the coconut milk.
