thank you for sharing the how to video, this lao dish is very popular from my dad side growing up. The dish looks sloppy, and messy but it taste great. Mom does not like to cook this dish because of that reason.

The Dill smells too Strong
Dill makes the dish you can leave it out and use green eggplant instead.
It's strong but it smack like a MF tho 😂
