    I guess the question on everybody's mind right now will be: how will the flow max car compare to the single Turbo one in terms of acceleration, 0-100 and 100-200? My guessing is that they will no be very far off in 0-100 but the single turbo will be faster in the 1-2 due to having more beans :)

    • @ZeroTo60Tube
      @ZeroTo60Tube  2 роки тому +1

      The 60-130mph from the 5.7 100-200 run a couple of weeks ago was 6.4 for comparison. I will do a proper 60-130 eventually however. Brake boost would just blow the tyres off in my opinon. The trick i use to get quick times for these higher power cars. Roll on around 60kmh, let boost build progressively in sync with the weight of the car transferring to the back tyres. You want the rear tyres fully loaded as you hit wide open throttle around 90kmh. This all happens in a matter of seconds, but makes a huge difference to a quick 100-200 or 60-130. Well when you are at the point of traction loss. This car is wheel spinning with ar1s around the 70-90kmh mark but it just seems to hook in time. There is a lot that goes in to getting the most out of a car.

    What could cause very early shifs on 6HP?
    I'm talking like 1.4k rpm shifts, 4th gear doing 30km/h. The car stumbles a lot because of that.
    Because of this problem, I have to drive in manual mode when the car is cold.
    Issue seems to disappear when the car is warm. Any ideas?
    Full service on the transmission did not help at all. Could it be faulty firmware? Try to reset adaptations? Maybe installing XHP?

    • @ZeroTo60Tube
      @ZeroTo60Tube  2 роки тому +1

      The car should never stumble even from 1000rpm. And to be honest these ZF trans missions do shift very early so it sounds normal. I would be more inclined to make sure your plugs and coils are in good condition. Low RPM load on the engine can be as much of an issue as wide open throttle, especially if the plugs are getting enough current. I have seen a few times where people think there is trans issue because the car is fine in sports mode, but its turned out to be an engine issue. Again normally plugs or coils.

      I honestly don’t know, the “t” sizing has sort of gone out the window with the China turbos lately. The China turbo 19t are not an actual 19t. @@TheAFKD this car has done 5.28 60-120mph when it did the 5.7 100-200kmh. You can switch dragy to metric to get your 100-200kmh if you want to know what it actually was. But to clarify 60-120mph is a shorter or quicker test than 100-200kmh. I’ve seen a few people make that same assumption tho. In the interesting of getting you to get your car going quick, my guess is this little twin turbo car is faster 😛

      @@ZeroTo60Tube you’ve definitely got more left in it than me with the forged rods.
      I’m gonna take some weight out and try to break into the 5s 60-130 this weekend, I’ll have it record 100-200 while I’m at it.

      @@ZeroTo60Tube just switched it to metric and on that run it was a 5.45 100-200, so just barely faster lol

      While editing I had the same thought. 6.6 is fast. I just know what this thing is capable off.
